ServiceDesk Plus MSP 10.5 brings you some brand new features such as Time Sheet, field service management with Google and Zoho Maps integration, and the MSP Business Dashboard.
Here are some highlights you can expect to see in the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP:
MSP Business Dashboard: Gain insights with a quick snapshot of key business and service desk metrics such as profits, billable and non-billable hours, top ten technicians, customer satisfaction, and asset utilization right out of the box, and view all these metrics in one place.
Time Sheet: Get an accurate log of the overall time spent by technicians across different activities in a consolidated form.
Google Maps and Zoho Maps integration (field service management): Pin the locations of clients across the globe on the map view, and track the current location of on-site technicians to effectively plan and schedule jobs.
Request Life Cycle: Guide technicians through the ticket resolution process with a simple drag-and-drop life cycle builder.
Point of Contact: Create a single point of contact with accounts to avoid disarray with multiple account managers.

HelpdeskConfig role to help the SDAdmin with request-related configurations
Allow MSP requesters (vendors or third-party call centers) to be requesters of other accounts
