Requester Report
Hi Guys, I sent a couple of emails without any reply. You have recently created a custom query for me that gives me the Requester details. I have added some additional fields to the requester information. Are you able to create a query which displays all of the information? The addition fields are below: Account Type, Best Contact, Installation Date, Installed By, Rating Thanks
Rows in reports splitting
Hi Guys, When creating a custom report, when a row crosses over two pages, it creates to separate rows when exporting. For example, if ticket ID 132 splits over two pages when viewing the report in on-demand, when exporting to excel, it will split over two separate rows. The ID and requester will double up in the two rows but everything else will split.
Duplicate requests in xls file
Hi! When I export a report to xls there's duplicate records in the file. Those are the last record on every page when it continues on the next page. There's also blank records in the file.This happens for csv file too. I hope you can fix it. Thanks and best regards.
Worklog Time elapsed report in Servicedesk Plus on demand
Hello, I'm looking for a report that can export me per worklog technician, the elapsed time on a worklog of a change. In service desk plus on demand, i'm not able to perform querries... Someone an idea how i can obtain the required report? Many thanks, Frank
"Pick Values" button in Reports->Advanced Filtering not working for any field
I am customising the "Requests By Category" Report in ServiceDesk Plus On Demand. When I go to Advanced Filtering, select a field e.g. "Request Status", select "is" as the criteria, then I go to click on the "Pick Values" button (the icon with the arrow/list), nothing happens. The result is I cannot add a filter at all. This happens on the latest IE (v9 on Win7) and latest Chrome. It also seems to happen no matter which field is chosen. Any help would be appreciated! Additional Request field not showing in available columns in custom report
Hi, I'm trying to create a custom report which uses an "Additional Field" in the request. Is there anything I need to do to make the field available in the "Available columns" list? Cheers Greg
Need to Report the Resolved time
Right now I can report the completed time, but we mark everything as resolved when the issue is "completed" so we never get a completed time. Is there anyway we can run a report or setup one that will show the "Resolved" time of a request.
