I sent a couple of emails without any reply. You have recently created a custom query for me that gives me the Requester details. I have added some additional fields to the requester information.

Are you able to create a query which displays all of the information?

The addition fields are below:

Account Type, Best Contact, Installation Date, Installed By, Rating
