Automation for filling blank attributes
Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to use ADManager Plus to create some kind of automation tasks to look for users with a blank attribute and then populate it with a certain string. For example - we're going to have new user accounts created in AD by a cloud based HR system (via our ID - Okta) - but it cannot populate the Log-on Script via this provisioning process. I can use a report to find all users in specific OU's that have a blank Log-on Script field, but I can't figure out to then tell it to

Good morning to you all. I have a question about "Detailed group members" report in ADManager plus. Do you know how to get managed by to the "Detailed group members" report? I have 50 global groups and would like to get a report contains, Group name, managed by, group members, and user status". I checked "managed by" under groups but it is not working. Any ideas?

Alert: File Modified Warning - reporting wrong information
We have a profile based alert that notifies our team when more than 200 files are modified at one time. Lately we've been getting the notification with the wrong User identified in the message. Such as: Message: User 'wrong user name' Created file/folder '\\servername03\mainfile\facilities\telephone\pay phones'. Modified by: wrong user name The "wrong user name" is actually my name - but I did not access the folder. Why would this be reporting my name instead of the user that actually accessed/modified
Email to Notify Field- Update via Powershell/API
I have a powershell script that makes an API update via post to update ticket fields. For some reason I can't seem to update the "Email(s) to Notify" field via the API It looks like the name for this field is "emailcc" according to the API Documentation; however, when I attempt to update the request and add an email address to this field it doesn't seem to work, even though I can update other fields with the same script. Anything I need to do differently to change this field?

Hello! How i can get all attachments in request? AD SelfService Plus URL config
I am attempting to setup the AD SelfServicePlus and am currently having an issue getting to the URL from the workstations. The URL is http://servername: 8888 and on the same location network as the workstations. When I attempt to go to the URL via a browser on my computer, I get the error “Page cannot be displayed.” What configuration piece am I missing? Does IIS need to be setup on the server that AD SelfServicePlus is running on? Do changes need to be made to my firewall for the 8888 port?

Result of this is the attached script which we now use, triggered by a custom request menu visible when using our "AD account locked" service request template, to unlock AD accounts. Duplicate requesters when importing from AD - is it better to import or use LDAP?
Hi there, I have enabled scheduled import from AD but it keeps bringing in duplicates. I have seen the other post about this https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/duplicate-requesters-when-importing-from-active-directory and have similar issue with the domain showing for some so made sure that "Override user information based on e-mail ID" is enabled. Incorrect Requester Name For Incoming Emails
We use a third-party website to allows our employees to fill out forms and have the results emailed to SDP, which opens a request for our back office to complete. The problem I'm running into is that the email from our third-party website has the from address as such: btoy@nextierbank.com on behalf of nextierbank@csiweb.com So SDP is showing the requester as nextierbank, instead of the correct user btoy@nextierbank.com I've talked with our third-part website and they cannot change how they send emails.
Scheduler - Availability Chart not showing leave for extended period of time, lapsing over month
Hi, I've just had one of our 'Support Reps' add their leave into the Scheduler - Availability Chart, their leave spanned from 30/09/16 to 01/11/16 - problem is, it doesn't show up in the Availability Chart, only the day on the 01/11 in the new month. What's even odder is the fact each date in between says that "Leave already marked for this time span. Please select different time span or edit existing leave." and I am unable to amend this, even as the administrator. Could you please kindly look at
iOS App Errors
A couple users have reported errors today when using the Helpdesk app on their iphones or ipads. The first one reported no usability at all. After reinstalling the app, he could get it working, but still an this error, which was also reported by another user. Can't attach a screenshot right not, but there is a red bar at the bottom appears when you open the app or perform certain tasks, but then hides after a couple seconds. It shows a message,"Module provided in the request is not supported."

Hardware Driver Information Request
It would be beneficial if in an asset scan, the scan could retrieve driver version information. It would then be useful if one could run a 'Driver Report' from that asset page which would show the Device Name and the Driver Version for that specific asset. Thanks, Liam
