Incorrect Requester Name For Incoming Emails

We use a third-party website to allows our employees to fill out forms and have the results emailed to SDP, which opens a request for our back office to complete.

The problem I'm running into is that the email from our third-party website has the from address as such:

So SDP is showing the requester as nextierbank, instead of the correct user btoy@nextierbank.com

I've talked with our third-part website and they cannot change how they send emails.  

This is an issue, because we may receive 30 requests a day from our third-party website that come from 30 different people.  Unfortunately they all show up as nextierbank instead of the correct person.

Our old ticketing software, RT (request tracker) was able to mark the ticket as the correct requester, is there anyway for SDP to do that same?  Is it possible for SDP to look at the reply-to header of the email to determine the requester?
