Task Template
I am trying to setup task templates for various projects that we are currently working on. there is a drop down in the template for the "Group" and "Owner." however, when I select the group and the owner (as only one technician Is working on a project at a time) it does not keep these set. as soon as I try and use the template these fields are blank. Is this a known issue or is it designed to act this way?

Cloned PMP server for testing the upgrade
Hi All, We are running on a very old version of PMP and we are planning for an upgrade. We would like to test the upgrade prior to upgrading the production PMP servers. We have cloned the primary PMP server, have removed the server from domain and gave a new IP address so that it is isolated from the production. I think the cloned PMP server is working as expected but when we check the HA settings it shows the production primary server as well as secondary server. How can we change the Master host

Hi I hope someone has run into this. Scenario. Using iPhone mobile client in SD Plus build 9314. Server configuration is for HTTPS and SSL. Scheduled Tasks
I have a domain service account that is used to manage some task on a particular server. I have the server added to a resource group, and the group has been added to the "associate resources groups for...." area of the domain account. However, when I change the password for the domain account, it doesn't appear to affect the schedule task. The "scheduled tasks status" is blank, and if I try to fetch, it doesn't find it. Hi, I'm having a problem with the Reset local service accounts and Restart Services functionality in PMP. I've created a 'Windows' resources and populated it with an account which is running a Windows Service (also a local administrator). Cannot add custom attribute to printer
I am trying to add a single line attribute to the printer CI type. When clicking Add, the application is stuck on processing. Hi It would be very helpful if ME DC would create new configurations for automatic deployment schedules where patches will be installed. ServiceDesk Plus Report with Group by Custom Field
I've created a custom field for a service template and would like to be able to generate a report that groups by this field. I noticed that some custom fields show, but not this particular field. I tried to edit the query to include the field as a grouping, but that fails. It even fails when without any edits.
Suspending G Suite Accounts
I see that this feature was made available in build 6510 but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I disabled an account in ADManager and the account disabled in AD but not G Suite. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
