Searching partial monitor serial numbers.
We currently have Desktop Central and Service Desk Plus, I am looking for some monitors, and would like to know how do we search for serial numbers of monitors connected to workstations.
ALSO, I noticed that the serial number that shows on most of our Dell monitors are not close to what is written on the back. I guess the question is, how do we find the Dell service number or Express service code of the monitors in Desktop central also.
