Wrong Memory Utilization in Cisco ASR 1000-X
Hi, I have 4 Cisco ASR 1002-X routers monitored in OpManager. I just realized the Memory Utilization does not show the real condition. It shows 80%, but the fact is it only using 9%. And it happened only in ASR 1002-X routers series. OpMan: Router: Any other routers such as Cisco C800, ISR4331/K9, CISCO2901/K9, etc shows obviously. I'm figuring out how to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Customizing Customer Portal Template and fields
Hello, I am wondering how can i modify the template that is in the customer portal when you try to submit a ticket without login as a user, because this template is too generic and lacks of a lot of important fields, like attaching a file or at least being able to rename the existing ones. I just checked the ApplicationResources file inside \SupportCenter\server\default\lib\classes\resources but when i try to modify something there, shut down server and restart it again, doesn't refresh my changes

Wrong Date/Time in web interface
Hello, I did notice that I have the wrong date/time in the web interface. These were taken @ 10:05 and 10:48 (UTC+2). The server logs seem to take the server time into account and are correct. Is there a setting in RecoveryManager to change the display of the time? Thank you

Unable to get Desktop Central to work with Amazon Workspace
Hello, We have multiple Amazon Workspaces in our environment that we have been unable to install desktop central on. I'm unable to remote deploy, I just get a network error every time. Interface Last Polled Bandwidth value widget not changing color in dashboard
Hi, I have configured custom dashboard with several widgets with last polled interface bandwidth value. When these values reach thresholds they don't change color in dashboard but if I enter in the device, then in the interface the diag color has changed. So, the issue is only in dashboard. I make frequent use of the automatic status change (marking a request as on-hold, set to automatically change to open at future point) as in my environment there's lots of lab equipment and we need to coordinate access to it. Servicedesk Plus - huge mdmp file in bin folder
Hello All I have a problem with my SDPlus Instance. 10.0 Build 10013 on MS SQL database. Inside bin folder I found lot od mdmp file over 1,5GB. and lot of log file with PID number in filename . Our technicians does not receive alerts when there is a new reply for the request. I think it happen when we migrate to 10.x version. What can we do to solve this situation. Other alerts works well.

Server is automatically rebooting
One of my servers is logging everyone out and rebooting. There is no option to postpone. It is part of my Dynamic Group server test group, but that group is set to "Deploy during business hours(Do not reboot)". Why would the server be ignoring the deployment policy and forcing a reboot? Hi there. We have been using ServiceDesk Plus for a very short time and finally started using the Change Management module. There is a question about Blackout periods. There are times throughout a calendar year where we are not allowed to make any changes on Infrastructure. We would like to block out those dates in the Change calendar so that when someone tries to request a change they are either not allowed to or a message is presented stating that they are making a change during a blackout
