Worklog timer bug with incorrect start and end time and duration time
Hi, I run worklog timer and after one minute, click on "Add Worklog" then open new worklog form and set start and end time correctly as automatically but in this step duration time is incorrect. Also when I save new worklog form with above data, start and end time set incorrectly. I think it's bug. Please fix it quickly. SDP Build: 11.1.08 DB: MS SQL Thanks for helping

Exporting Current Settings
We are getting ready to install a new Desktop Central server. I'm going through the current one and don't see an option to export our current configurations. Does this option exist? We are manually setting everything as we want a fresh clean install. Manually importing machines as we don't want any possible corruption being imported. Is there a feature to export the configurations for the different area's or do we just have to manually setting by setting.

Set Standard Subject in SDP CLoud
I would like to know how I can have a Service Desk template that asks for certain information NAME, COMPUTER_NUMBER, etc. and then upon Submit it changes the subject line to something like: Subject: NAME has been assigned computer number: COMPUTER_NUMBER That way, all requests made by that Service Request Template all have the same subject format as well. I did this with Execute Script in form rules with On-Prem, but can't figure out how to do this in the cloud. Thanks,
Windows Defender ATP Alerting on remcomsvc.exe
We have recently switched over to Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection. After installing the Desktop Central agent on a new machine that was joined to the domain we received an alert that Malware was found on a work station. As it turns out the alert was for remcomsvc.exe. I also had this same alert come up on the Desktop Central Server. Unable to add macOS packages
Hello, I am unable to add a package for deployment in the network. The package is Google Chrome for Mac on macOS platform. As the below screenshot says, I am able to search the package, find it and populate the rest. Clicked on Create Package Automatically button and is presented with the Create Package pop up window where when I click on the Create Package button, nothing happens.

Hi all, I am unsing ManageEngine Desktop Central and I am trying to add a shared network drive to all computers. The shared network drive is on a machine that everyone has access to, but it requires a username and password (let's say user: SharedDrive, password: 1234) When doing a new configuration > user (Add Shared Network Drive), it doesn't ask me for credentials and then it fails because username/password is incorrect, which is normal because I didn't find where to put them. What can I do? Thank

SDP - External login from WAN on MS-SQL DB
Hello Guys, I just recently migrate from Postgres to MSSQL (all was working great in Postgres), but after migration I can only login from my LAN. WAN access shows the login page but when any user tries to Login a "Username or Password is incorrect" error message appears. [SOLVED] [ SD-84585] SDP 11.0 build 11010 Can no longer search Work Log
After upgrading to SDP 11.0 build 11010, when trying to search against work log, the check box that shows what you are searching against, resets back to Requests => Default search In doing this, I get no matches against past tickets that I know include key words that I am searching against. So, I upgraded today to 11.1 build 11100 but this does the same thing. Are they any others experiencing the same thing? SDP is running on CentOs 7, Thanks! Doug Lytle
Auto-Assign Case to Technician when they are first responder
Hello, We're starting to get measured on our SLA's and there's a large number of times where we just immediately reply to ticket with initial troubleshooting, only to forget to assign the ticket to ourselves.
