For example: Who can understand this sentence: "The 50 Domain users will be able to have complete functionality the trial version is valid for a period of 30 days after which it becomes a free edition" What is means for free license? I am wanted to evaluate Netflow Proffesional Plus and hence I downloaded trail version from --> manageengine.adventnet.com/products/netflow/download But, I am unable to install this file and system throw a err " The conntent of this file cannot be unpacked. the exeutable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Hi, I have create a device template for HP Proliant Servers, configured as follows: Vendor: Hewlett-Packard Category: Server Oid: .1.3.6.1.4.1.microsoft.software.1.3.1.2 (returned from querying the device) I've added some monitors to it and it seems to work okay but the problem is that in the device itself, when I select the Passwords option, it keeps giving me the Telnet/SSH option instead of the Windows logon. failed domain scans
When I do a domain scan it detects 200 machines but only scans 40. We have Symantec Endpoint Protection and I think it is causing the problem as it has caused problems before. Is there a workaround for Endpoint? What ports does it scan on so that I can open those ports on Endpoint?

I have tried to import a user from Active Directory to be able to login to the device expert as an administrator and the operation was successful I also enabled that user to be authenticated through the Active Directory and also the operation was successful. Hello, In the Requests screen I change the view (using the 'Showing' drop down box) to 'All Requests'. I would like that to be my default view but every time I log out and back in again it reverts back to 'Open Requests'. Is there a way to make 'All Requests' my default view? Thanks Mike T

I am desperately trying to remove AdverNet Patch Quest from this hard drive because I have sold this hard drive to a friend of mine and I am sure he wouldn't be to happy, nor would he understand, having this "thing" as he would call it running his computer. I have three of your software installed on one virtual server: OpManager AppManager EventLog Analyzer I started with the trial versions, then let them lapse to free. Hello All, I have donwloaded Netflow Analyzer Professional Edition. My Aim is to monitor the exact bandwidht for our inhouse built voice software. Scenario. Location A cisco 2801 is connected with MPLS (Head Office with 512 k) Location B cisco 2801 is also Connected using MPLS (Branch office with 512 K) I want to measure the exact bandwidht used by our voice software. SDP 7018 upgrade problem
I upgraded version 7012 to version 7018 and now the server hangs at "Application layer started" but never completes. I deleted the extracted directory under <SD+ Home>/applications directory and started SDP server again, without success. one rollback of the backup remained unsuccessful. Please Help me.

Problem deleting multiple switch interfaces after SP2
Prior to SP2, I was able to select multiple interfaces from switches and delete them without issue. Now when trying this operation it tells me it is unable to delete the interfaces. If I just delete a single interface at a time it works properly.
Discover services on machine gives Access Denied
Hi, I'm trying to discover the services on a number of machines in a remote site. I have added their admin credentials to OpManager, and when testing them they pass on SNMP and fail on WMI (we don't use WMI, so this shouldn't be of concern). Performance monitors all work correctly, however when I try to add Windows Services and discover the services on the machine, I get an access denied error. What could be causing this? Hello, We are trying to migrate from Nagios to OpManager and are having a few problems. 1. I can't get a Cisco 3750 switch to monitor properly. The credentials test passes for both snmp and cli but testing the monitors fails. Invalid license error with error 535
Dear Support our customer has experienced with "Invalid License error" with Error code 535. Finally we've to reinstall OpMgr again and reactivate our purchased license. Before patch version is OpMgr 7 with patch 7101. Then after reinstall we patch to 7102. OS : windows 2003 SP1 Our customer would like to prevent "invalid license error" occur. emails from requesters-how to acknowledge
Maybe this is a feature request but in the table view of requests, when an email comes in the icon shows a red envelope. Is there a way to indicate that this has been read? I find that we are missing emails because we think we have read it when really a second one has come in. Thanks

DHCP scope monitor issue
When i try to add a DHCP server.. I click add new DHCP server link and the put in the IP/name of dhcp server.. then click get scope.. then It says DHCP server addes sucessfull at the top above.. where i put in the info.. but down below there is NO DHCP server. Request closed but no email sent to requester
I have closed a request and the requester has later called to ask how progress is going with it, and I can see the tech has closed with a close note, but no email received by requester, and no email in correspondance of request ticket?
