Query for MSSQL to Report on Printing
After a long struggle we finally have our assets database under control!
Our techs have been logging calls and assigning the correct asset, and I was wondering if there is a way I can do a simple report of how many requests were made to each printer?
Or even if it was who, how many, and which printer? This will allow us to track our most troublesome printers!
Any help would be great, running 7018 and MSSQL backend
