"table view" does not show monitors organizedd in
Well, the questions is mainly in the subject: Im trying the product, and setup a couple of groups + "single" monitors. When I switch to Monitors-> "table view" , I only get 3 of them displayed .. one of them IS even contained in a group ... restart did dont help

Good afternoon. After updating from version 7.2 to version 7.21, technicians could not logoninto the program, using local accounting records. The program informed, what not a true name of the user or the password. Under domain accounting records, technicians logon into the program. It was necessary it will be rolled away on version 7.20.

Technicians being logged out
I have just restored our servicedesk plus server to a new server after an update to the latest version failed and it appeared to go well. But now the tehnicians get logged out after a certain amount of time. Any ideas. We are running version 7.0.0 Build 7015. Any ideas Thanks Greg

Track changes to assets
Currently if you go into an asset you have the Requests tab which will show you all the requests logged against that asset. However, there is no Changes tab. To me it seems more important to track all changes performed to an asset (server, etc). We're given the option to list an asset involved in a change. Ive read the instruction on how to monitor a URL sequence with dynamic URL's by using the $<parameterid> in the Request parameter field. Unfortunately it is not clear to me to what format I should use. Should I alter the original URL as well? for example the following URL; https://somesite.com/smartsite.html?CaseNr=889&id=75621&WorkflowCode=SOMETHING The above URL was recorded using Recorder. Do I delete the parameters after the '?' in the URL so it looks like: https://somesite.com/smartsite.html?

Missing IIS Website Statistics
Application Manager 8.5 For some of our IIS servers the Website Statistics are not appearing, it is just keeps showing a please wait for data collection message. I have tried deleting the IIS monitor but, after reinserting, it still keeps coming back as the same. I have also compared the server setup of two different servers with IIS, one where the Website Statistics works and one where Website Statistics does not work and cannot find any different in how they are setup. Service Desk Solutions removing all extra line spaces
Trying to implement SD Solutions, but the product removes all lines between paragraphs. Build 7020 The sentences end up all running into each other and looking like a bad Blackberry text message and not an HTML style Wiki that I am expecting. When I edit the page all my spaces between paragraphs re-appear when I save they disappear. I am not doing a shift enter. Any ideas? Joe

Server 2008 support?
In the latest App Manager 8.5..is Windows Server 2008 supported? I have the software installed on a 2003 server and I am looking to Monitor a Box that has 2008 on it. Currently, I am on build 8206 and when I add a server, 2000 and 2003 are listed but, not 2008. I was wondering if putting the latest 8.5 would resolve this? I tried to add a 2008 windows monitor anyway, but, I got an error telling me to check the OS and see if RPC is running. Thanks, Daman

Hi, i'm evaluating NFA 7 Professional Plus and i like so much. But I have a problem. I have one router with 2 Gigabit interfaces and a ATM interface (with sub-interface), and all the graphs showing in the program don't correspond to actual scenario. The graphs shows that my ATM interface of 28Mpbs, have only 3Mpbs of OUT Traffic (while my MRTG shows 25Mbps). The same for the Gigabit interfaces. I have configured my router so many times, but nothing helped. Can somebody help me please? Thx!
Trouble on non-existent interaces
Message: Traffic Utilization for Interface GigabitEthernet0/52 is 100%, threshold value for this monitor is 30% We are receiving a number of the above messages for interfaces 49 through 52 on switches which have only 48 physical and monitored interfaces. I can find no reference to any additional interface monitoring for the device. Where will I find 49 through 52 so I can either change the limits or disable the warning?
