Downtime summary report

I usually get a "Down time summary report" every morning but over the last week or so I have not received it from a couple of my servers. In the past this was associated with an issue that caused the server or application to lock up but i can't find anything wrong. the server and Application Manger seem to be running fine and general alerts are being generated. I have checked the admin tab and made sure that the "Down time Summary Report" was enabled and that the e-mail was correct. I have even disabled it and then enabled it again. I changed the time in the hopes i could generate a new one and I still am not receiving the e-mail. Is there a specific log where I can verify this is being sent out. I checked the "stdout" log for the last several hours including the time frame it should have generated and i see the mail actions for the alerts just not for the report. I receive the file fine on my other managed servers so I'm at a loss as to why i can't get these on the servers in question?
