I am not seeing any graphs and getting the following error msg 'Interface sending flow, but is not managed due to your license limit." Not sure why this is happening as I have a 20 user License and there are only 13 managed interfaces.

OPManager Utilization Issue - AIX Servers
Hi, I need a helping hand here. Anybody knows why our AIX Servers' utilization always disappears? By the way, we use CLI to monitor the AIX Servers. It is ok in the first time we do "test connection" but apparently, tomorrow it is disappeared. Is there a configuration need to adjust in our OPManager? Our OPMan version is 9. local wmi
Hi! I'm trying to add a manual WMI counter on the OpManager server (it has other services). I get an invalid username/password. I searched this forum and found that I needed to remove the username/password for local wmi. I go the password page, remove the username and password, hit OK and then when I open it still has the username/password :) Any other way to remove it so it doesnt use credential for the local server? I have several Cisco stacked switches. I am trying to create my maps with all the links but cannot create more than one link on a device. I want to monitor my primary and my failover which comes from one switch and goes to two different switches in a stacked configuration but has one IP address. I can see them in my ports but can only create on linked connection in my view.

Hi ADM+ Team: I have users created with a template and just realized that you could enable communications (LCS/OCS Attributes). However, I already have a large number of users that do no have it enabled and was wondering if I could create a CSV file of the users and enable communications, select LCS/OCS server, and specifiy the sip? We were experiencing this issue on many, but curiously not all, of our Windows systems both Windows 7 and XP. Additional indications: When CTRL+ALT+DELETE was pressed in an attempt to bring up the Task Manager so Resource Monitor could be started, following a lenghty delay, an error message would pop up stating "Failure to display security and shut down options when CTRL+ALT+DELETE was pressed. If the operating system does not respond, press ESC or restart the computer by using the power switch."

Getting "Incorrect Function" Remark
I am getting "Incorrect Function" Remark whenever trying to install the Nokia_Suite_webinstaller_ALL.exe I copy the file to the pc. it's stars running but when then it stops. When I launch the install file that is copied from the server to the pc, then it works fine. Windows 2008 WMI Access Denied
When trying to setup OpManager to monitor a Windows Server 2008 in our DMZ, it keeps coming back with an access denied. I can used WBEMTEST to connect to the target server - confirming that the target server is configured properly and that no firewalls are blocking anything. I can also run the cpu.vbs script in \conf\application\scripts and get a valid connection. I can run the list_services.vbs script and get the list of services. But, I can't get OpManager to connect using WMI. Any ideas

Search not returning results
I am struggling to get the search facility for assets to work any longer. We used to be able to type a persons name into teh search box or part of thier name and as long as choose ASSET or WORKSTATION we got back the items assigned to them. Would someone please elaborate on the purpose of the Waiting Update heading on the requestor home screen? I read in the online documentation but it doesnt quite explain how a requestor becomes an editor. How is the Waiting Update lise populated? What is done on the technician side to put a request in the status of Waiting Update? Why would this happen? If a technician had a question, wouldnt they just "reply" to the requestor from the requests itself? Thanks

When I add one of them, the PID that is reflected in the Command and Args section is that of a different process running on the same Win2008 server.
