Hi, I have: 1. Win server 2012 - Primary PMP 2. Win server MSSQL DB - Primary DB 3. Win server 2012 - Secondary PMP 4. Win server MSSQL DB - Secondary DB PMP version 7.1 I have some problems: When the primary PMP is going down (I do it for test), I am trying to use secondary, in browser I go to https://secondarypmp.com:7272 - but the page is not open (no errors, only wite page). But If restart service "password manager pro", the page will open and everything is good. Any idea, how to resolve this

Account Lockout
I have a user who is setup with the role "Super Administrator" and has recently changed their password in Active Directory, now they keep getting locked everyday at the same time and the lockout is initiated from the server that PMP is running from, and is the only thing running on that server. Netflow Application Graph not coming suddenly
Hi, I am using Linux based Netflow Analyzer build 9860 with embedded MYSQL. All was working fine till yesterday but today i have observed that devices interface graphs are working fine and shows graph but APPLICATION HOURLY graph is not displaying while 6 Hours APPLICATION graph is displaying fine. Monitor session on Layer 3 switch
Hello, I have netflow running on all my routers on my network but some sites have a layer 3 switch so I bought 3 nbox nprobes to mirror the port and send data back to the netflow server. They are all working ok but only reporting 1 mirrored port back to the netfow server. I thought on a cisco switch you can have two monitor sessions Has anyone else had this problem? Is it an issue with the cisco setup of is something blocking it on the netflow server. regards, Kevin

App Manager 11 Cannot start Stops in Starting Database
Hi Support, I have AppManager 11 installed in Windows 2003 Std. It is working fine until suddenly it stops. When I was about to start it from running the startApplicationsManager.bat, a window pops out showing Starting Database then after few seconds it suddenly stops. Calculate amount of data in a particular folder
I am new to Desktop Central - please be kind. I am looking for a way to see how data is in a particular folder. We are considering changing the location of all user's My Documents folder to point to the user's home drive. Before we do we want to get an estimated amount of data that would be copied over. How can I get this information? thank you.

Running Report on Workstation History
I'm not sure this is possible, but I'm wanting to do something like this - Run a report that lists only certain computers (computers that have a hostname that begins with LT), and it will return the following values: - Computer name - User that is assigned to that asset (possibly get username that logged in at that time as another column as well) - Date and time - IP address I may need some info on how the agent scans the machine. We are creating a process for tracking KTLO time (Keeping the Lights On). We are using tasks to do this and having technicians enter their time in the Estimated Effort fields. They do two tasks; one with a title of "KTLO Time" and one with "Total Time Worked." We have created a query report that gives us each of these two tasks sorted by Owner and then by Title, but are having an issue getting totals of each type of time entered (title). Request Searches Passed a Certain Date
It seems that any searches we try to do for our Requests will not return results that are after Nov 18. You can locate the tickets when viewing "All Requests", but the search function will not return them. An update was done around that time, and we had to work with support to get functionality again. I'm not sure of the details, but if needed, I can get them for you. Currently running 9.0 Build 9026.

Delete default product types
Hi, I know this has been asked before - but it can't be right, that I can't delete the default product types under Assets? We don't have IPS, NTP, Room Sensor, and we don't want to track our Racks etc. And because i don't want unnecessary information, I would like to delete these - but it seems I can't??? Replies to a ticket notification from the user aren't updating our tickets - just creating new ones instead that we have to merge! They're straightforward replies with the ticket number in, with two hashes either side, but it just isn't working. Any ideas?

Reports tab is blinking and continuous refresh after zoho reports integration
I'm running version 9029 and we tried to set up Zoho Reports integration with an email account and an API key and we get the following message in the corresponding admin page: FAILURE :Exception in displaying zoho reports configuration details. Hi I am trying to create some reply templates, when I press Save or Save and Add New nothing happens. I have created templates in the past with no problem. Scheduled Backup error

I know it is possible to manually refresh the objects in a Domain using the Refresh button but I would like to know how frequently ADManager Refreshes on its own, without manual intervention? Also, is there a way to change how often the objects get refreshed? If not, can this be added to the product?

Hi there, We have been noticing some performance issues with DesktopCentral recently. My personal theory is because we are using an instance of MSSQL 2008 on a seperate server, and the amount of data being fed through to the database may be large due to it scanning 700+ systems and that someone on my team may be trying to also generate the reports at the same time that this is occuring.
