Copy SNMP trap processors from one probe to the next
We use OpManager central to connect to 3 remote probes. Each probe has about 250 various devices connected to it. We use SNMP traps extensively and have had to customize the alarms etc.. for over 200 SNMP MIB's to get the alarm parameters correct. Is there still no way to copy this from one probe to the next? I opened a ticket a long time ago and asked for this and they said it was future maybe. But this is crazy, I cannot believe there is not a way to export and import that data via script or

Auditing object created/modified with ADmanager plus
Hello support, I'm evaluating AD audit and ADManager. I was able to configure both, seems working. I've one "issue" with auditing. When an account is created using AD native console alert is raised with all informations. When account is created with ADManager nothing is logged in ADAudit. Did I miss a configuration ? Dan.
first login fails
I have installed AdAuditplus on a windows 2008 server, I've restarted it, and restarted the service, but i still cannot login to the first page, using admin / admin i get no visible loading of any new page, just a spinning icon in the tabs bar ... I've tried IE and Chrome, but no difference
Edit Closed Purchase Order
There should be a way to edit closed Purchase Order (At least some of the UDF's) - I use some of the UDF for categorization and need to fix it up later occasionally. Another issue is I have accidentally closed Purchase Orders and need to reopen them to finish putting in invoices and payments.

Tech Auto-Assign - Skip
Can we have an option to skip a tech from the auto-assign when they are not available? We have 5 tech's and if someone is off or working a half day I have to go in and manfully edit the auto-assign settings each time. I don't want to use the backup-tech option because this if we are down 1 tech and I send one of the remaining 4 as the backup tech then that person is now getting double the amount of tickets then the other 3 techs. End User approval of change ticket
I want for an end user to be able to approve a change ticket that is in the 'Reviewed' stage. What I have so far: I have changed the 'Reviewer' role so that any user can be selected as the reviewer of the change ticket. Created a test ticket and put in the 'Reviewed' stage. End user gets notification email stating a ticket is awaiting their review. There is no indication in their web portal that there is a ticket 'Awaiting Approval'. I have inherited a NFA 9.8.6 implementation, am new to this particular Netflow tool, and was wondering if there is a way to build capacity planning reports that would show peak/avg utilization over a month for groups of interfaces, with 95th percentiles, weekday and business hours filters, trending from prior months, etc. When I try to add new reports it looks like the only option is one router at a time.
Device Templates associated to groups of similar servers

Netflow inaccurate traffic values

OpManager and eSensors temperature probe not saving data
We have an Websensor EM08 and I have set it up OpManager to see it and created a device template for it. I tried to setup threshold monitors for temperature and humidity too high / low. I can click the Test Monitor button and it shows the temperature or humidity level. I have also selected "Yes, I need graphs." But when I try to pull up a graph or I go into the monitor I have setup, there is no data. So in summary, I have set it up, confirmed that it can retrieve data, and said I want it to store

Hello, is there a possibilty to use the Advanced Custom Criteria in Device Expert (Build 5990) on the "line" configuration blocks like it is used for "interface" configuration blocks? My problem is, that other than the "interface" blocks (where every block is closed with a "!"), only the last "line" block is closed with a "!". I tried to use "^line" as block start and "^(!|line)" as block end marker, but this leaves out every other block, since block end and block start could not be the same line.

Is there already the existing ability or can it be introduced so that alongside the SLA Breach Notification, there is a visual indicator of issues about to potentially breach SLA. I know there is already the flag and the red dot but it would be much easier to see if the whole row or a new column was introduced which had a block colour to indicate this. Ticket Auto-Assigning to Group
Hello, Is there a way to have tickets, that come in through e-mail, auto-assign to specific groups. We were not sure if we could set up e-mail aliases for the account that our requesters send to and have the tickets filter to the appropriate groups based off the alias name.
