Multiple Satisfaction Levels
Could I generate a feature request to do with the user surveys. Currently you can only define one satisfaction level but you have to cater your questions around this and sometimes it is difficult to do this accurately. For example I have one satisfaction level with the ratings Poor through to Excellent. One question in my survey is "Based off your experience, how likely are you to use the Service Desk again?" Alarms not correlating properly
We have extensive use of SNMP traps and constantly get SET's then CLEAR traps from time to time for things that fix itself. Our loadbalancer is F5, from time to time the remote end will disappear so it SETS a critical, but then there is another CRITICAL when it clears. I realize I can edit the trap processor to make the second a CLEAR but how can i get it to CLEAR the first SET? Archiving accounts \ requesters \ technicians
I have raised this before but had no response. Is there a way - and if not, can it be added to the feature list - of archiving accounts \ requesters and technicians? The drop down selection list becomes very cumbersome if we have to scroll through every account \ requester \ technician that has ever existed on the system. Still getting duplicate users / requesters
HI everyone, After updating to 8002, we are still getting new requesters duplicated when a ticket comes in. Each time we delete a duplicate requester, when the user submits another ticket, it just creates a new one with no login and no domain or any other information. The original requester is still there too. I also noticed service desk keeps picking up our domain name as a new domain. We've always had it setup as its' netbios name, "domain1". Requestor cant see New Change option
A requestor does not have an option for a new change, no Quick Actions drop down either. Technicians can see them. Is there an option to turn on? Version 9.0 Build 9023, PGSQL.

Problems taking ownership of home directory?

I would like to know how to change the "Permission Denied. Kindly contact your Administrator" when a user who is not enrolled tries to reset their password? Would like to change it say something like "You have not enrolled, please enrol before using this service2? Also, on the Reset Password and Unlock Account login screens, I want to change the text next to the username field that shows "(Example : Jsmith)". Our usernames are first name.surname and want the example to show this. Any ideas?

How to report on Changes affecting Service Categories
How can we show all changes that pertain to a specific service? We don't see the option to filter by Service Category (or services affected). We actually have a CAB meeting. How can we show all items that are to be reviewed by a CAB? Thanks, Adam
Unable to Create Layer2 Map - No Credentials Available for Selection
I am running OpManager 11600 and when I go to "Layer 2 Maps" there are no Credentials available to select, it is just a blank box. Even though I have already defined SNMP, SSH and WMI credentials, and have already discovered devices and am actively managing them by their credentials. I've tried uploading a screen shot, but apparently the forum upload function doesn't work either (argh) ... So I've attached it instead.

Business Rule - Remove Technician
We have a variety of request types that do not take specific contextual knowledge to complete. For these types of requests I would like to have the technician automatically removed if a requester reply reopens the request. Is there any form of business rule or technician auto-assign that will remove rather than assign a technician?
REST API Setting Request Template Returns Error
I am trying to set the Request Template via the REST API and the response is 'Failed' with the message 'Error when performing required operation.'. The problem is that tickets are successfully being created with all of the right information but I need the response to be Success so I can confirm the creation was successful and move on with my script. Apache status monitor not working
Dear All, I have installed the most recent appmanager version and have a centos with apache 2.2 deployed. I have enabled the status monitor and extended status monitor in apache and can open without any problem the webpage http://serverIP/status-monitor or http://serverIP/status-monitor?auto from the host where Appmanager is installed. Unable to change Category in Device Details
Hi there, We are running OpManager build# 11500 and currently have an issue when trying to update/change the "Category" value for a device. Under the Device Details tab for an individual device we do the following: Click on "Edit" icon (top right hand side) In the "Category" drop-down list select a new category Click on "OK" At the end of the process we do get an " Info" message at the top indicating "Field values are successfully updated to the database". However, the category value doesn't change.
Last polled value "No data available"
Hi, i'm new using opmanager and i'm trying to monitor a few devices using SNMP. The problem is when i add the last polled value of a performance monitor widget in the dashboard, sometimes it shows the correct value, however most of the times only show "No data available". Am i doing anything wrong? I would appreciate if someone can help me.
Copy SNMP trap processors from one probe to the next
We use OpManager central to connect to 3 remote probes. Each probe has about 250 various devices connected to it. We use SNMP traps extensively and have had to customize the alarms etc.. for over 200 SNMP MIB's to get the alarm parameters correct. Is there still no way to copy this from one probe to the next? I opened a ticket a long time ago and asked for this and they said it was future maybe. But this is crazy, I cannot believe there is not a way to export and import that data via script or
