Manually close Purchase Orders before approvals etc
Hi We are currently in the proccess of importing all of our PO's from our old system into SDP-OD. We dont want to go through the whole proccess of approvals, recivieng etc.we just want to close the PO is there any way of doing it? Also if a tech creates a PO by mistake i dont want them to delete i would want them to put in a comment and then just close it. Thank you
Upgrade problem | Invalid username and/or password"
Hello All, A few days ago, I tried to upgrade application manger (build version 11410 to 12100). I have followed the "Upgrade Guide" and the installation seem to be okay. However when I tried to log-in I had an error "Invalid username and/or password". I tried with the former and default password without succes. What could be the problem cause ? Device Details of a Vcenter
Another annoying "problems" - The device details of a discovered Vcenter shows unknown for type & vendor ! - red message "unable to show login parameters as device type is unknown" when clicking on password on "device details" ; and no possibility to add SNMP credential on a Vcenter.... - esx's are not listed according to their names for example when clicking "virtual" -> "esx server" , looks like they are showd in a random manner....not very convenient ! Associate request conversations with Solution.
When creating a solution from a request ticket, we would like the ability to associate the converations within the request so we can define the context of the solution. What we are currently doing is copying and pasting the information into the resolution or just referring to the request id. I did notice there is an enhancement request for a solutions template that would help as well. Is there a timetable on that enhancement SDF-26350?
Temp Sublfolder growing
under the Auditplus installation directory there is a folder called Temp. Therein seems to lie over 200,000 logs files. Can someone answer: What are the purpose of these files? Why does the application keep them indefinitely? Can they be cleared down?
Error in License after upgrade

Archiving with a MS SQL Server DB
We have a large amount of audit data (1 week might result in 100 GB of live SQL data). We archive everything every 7 days. However, this seems to archive everything out to .zip files and remove it form the DB. Our IT security team regularly run reports over periods of weeks. The UI allows you to select any period back in time even if it goes past your archiving cut off of 7 days. this leads to misleading reports as the security team think there were no events for a particular user due to the report

Change the default log in authentication
Currently when i log into DTC the default log in authentication is local. I would like it to be the AD authentication. Is there a way i can change that with out deleting the local admin accounts?
Cert error on Iphones and Androids but working ok on PC.
I am getting certificate errors on iphones and Androids, with assistance I was able to get the correct cert installed and working ok on IE and pc web browsers but we are still getting the error on phones which is where we hope to use this. We might use the application for the phones but for initial enrollment email they are required to click on the email web address and enroll, this is where we are having an issue.
Spikes in traffic graphs
Hello, I am monitoring an interface on a cisco 3925 router. its a gig interface that is statically set to 100 meg/full duplex. The actual port speed subscribed to from the carrier is 20 megabits up/down. on our traffic graph we are getting spikes up to 100 meg or higher some times that throws off the view of the graph. From the carriers perspective they are shaping it down so theirs no way we could receive over 20 megabits at a time. Can someone help me understand why we are getting these spikes

SSL for ADmanager
How does one go about configuring the certificate for SSL for ADmanager? The Help manual says one must be configured, but since ADmanager doesn't use IIS, this isn't readily apparent, and I haven't been able to find any documentation on it.
Where do I find scheduled reports?
We're using SDP 9103. We have some reports that get emailed weekly. Where do I configure the scheduling for these reports? I went to Reports > Scheduled Reports and the list is empty. I just assumed they would be in this section. Thanks.

Remove Administrator as Technician, but still able to log on to make configuration changes?
I have 2 technician licenses and 2 technicians which i would like to give them their own username to logon without administrator rights, then there is me as an administrator who would use the administrator logon for configuration changes. Is it possible to delete the administrator account from the technicians list but still logon on as administrator, ive searched here and found that you can remove the administrator from the technician list, which is great but in doing this, would i still be able
New Starter Request Form

Cache Monitors on SQL server
Using opmanager I am able to query all DB parameters, but below two monitors are not at all collecting data. - Cache Hit Ratio - Cache Hit Ratio(SQL 2005 Server) Test monitor shows the error as "The Monitor did not respond to the test request" No Clue on what might be wrong here; I am not suspecting WMI services as remaining monitors on the same server are polling data fine.

I have a server that works with SNMPv3 requests, but not traps. It also will not process syslog messages for EventLog Analyzer. I can set that both types of messages are getting to the server. Any ideas what could be happening? Thank you.

Trouble message: Threshold exceeded
I have created monitors templates via apiClient and that process use this method "addDeviceTemplate " in the form i fill information about trouble message , the problem i am having is that later in some monitors of the device i got this as trouble message "Threshold exceeded" and some alarms just say "Threshold exceeded: ", of course i can update the device monitor one by one, but why te value of the trouble message configured in the template has changed?. addDeviceTemplate - Example of values
Local authentication not working after enabling AD authentication
Hi, We have been successfully using SD Plus for several months with local authentication, and now we have everything ready to switch to AD authentication. The requesters are populated from AD, however we want technicians to use local authentication. The problem is - when we enable AD authentication the requesters can successfully login, but when technicians try to login with their local accounts - they cannot do it. Template Categories - First Screen

Unable to connect to web client
Hi, I am in a tangle with Service desk Plus. I have previously uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but now using MS SQL. When I have run the run.bat it said that port 8080 was occupied (maybe from the previous install) It asked if I wanted to change it, and I put port 8081. I still cannot access the web client.
