Hello, is it possible to inform the users only once about their expiring passwords? For example if I set "mail information 10 days before expiring" the users would be informed at day 10, 9, 8, ... (if the schedule runs every day). But I'd like to inform the users only at 10 days before expiring not at 9 days and so on. Thanks for your help

Getting SSL Error with Comodo Cert
Hello everybody, the last couple of days i've been struggling getting my SSL cert up and running. I got my SHA 256 cert from comodo and followed the steps for the keystore. To only thing I changed is that I used COMODORSADomainValidationSecureServerCA.crt and COMODORSAAddTrustCA.crt instead of the UTN ones. Error when loading the site...ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH on Chrome and SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP on Firefox (tested it on multiple machines, all with clear cache). I then saw the tip

We are testing out the password expiration tool. I have it up and running, and have it set to alert our users 14 days prior. However looking at the report I'm seeing "The Mail has been sent already" notice next to a lot of users. Does this mean the users only get a single email about their password expiring? I want them to get one daily, not just a single time.

Patch Deployment of All Highly Vulnerable Systems?
It use to be if you created a patch deployment of systems that didn't have identical patch needs you would receive a warning message stating you are about to push patches to a system that may not need it. Such as mixing 32 bit systems with 64 bit systems. I notice ManageEngine no longer gives this warning message does this mean it's been fixed so all highly vulnerable systems can be deployed at once?
Removing Support Groups
Good Morning, I am trying to remove or at least disable two support groups in our SDP instance but because there are records tied to those ID's i can not remove them. I have tried to go through the SQL tables to find these fields but i feel like i will be here for quite some time. I know the QUEUEID's that i need to have swapped. PGSQL file sizes
We've had AD Audit running for some time now and it seems to be using a lot of disk space. Was hoping someone could point me in the right direction? Archiving is turned on (190 days) and every option is checked. I can see a zip file named "AUDFileAuditInfo_1455258195464.zip" dated 02:00 this morning (17Mb) so this would appear to be working. Netflow - Source/Destination appearing as 'Others'
Hey guys We've got netflow traffic coming in on our newly built v12 probe, however the traffic is appearing 'Others' - similar to the 'Unaccounted' issue on v11. I remember the fix for v11 'unaccounted' issue we had to copy the bcp files over into the Netflow/bin folder. Is there a similar fix for this? Please see screenshots for more info on error. Hi, We have recently changed our mail provider to office 365 and have successfully setup support center to receive email from a mailbox on the 365 servers but cannot send any with the plain error "Sending notification failed." Can anyone tell me exactly what permissions the service account needs? Meaning the account that will perform those remote password resets.
