When clicking on a switch port, the popup window stay displayed, even when switching screens until the browser refresh key is pressed.
OpManager V12.1 Errors with Business View Builder
Multiple errors, The small window for uploading a file overlays other parts making it impossible to setup a link. Clicking on Save, results in an error that says the API is for internal use only.
OpManager v12.1 Device Status
Status page shows device in Trouble Status. Interface in Status page shows Trouble. Clicking on Interface to go to the details page, shows no problems. OpManager v11.6 shows no errors either. Also, we just upgraded this router with a different model and had to do a re-discover 3 times before it would pick up the new information.

DFS replication backlog script
Hi All, This is a script I have hacked together to report on the DFS replication backlog numbers. A couple of things to note: The opmanager service needs to be running as an administrator and not local service account or you will get access denied. The script is configured to only show values greater than zero. Command to run the script is cscript ${FileName}.vbs ${DeviceName} As DFS replication normally always has some backlog I would not set the alerting values too low Thanks and hope you enjoy

Problem using chrome
Hey, I recently upgraded my google chrome to version 53.0.2785.116. When I search for an asset and want to view the depreciation details I can’t set the schedule to monthly. It keeps at annually when I click the monthly button. When I use Internet explorer or chrome version 51.0.2704.84 I have no problems. I also reset my browser settings without effect. Impact of deleting a unique static group
Good morning, Wanting to modify some custom groups, I hit the delete button for a unique static group but was then presented with an impact window stating "Packages that are published will be revoked". Can anyone tell me what this will have as exact impact? Will it just remove packages from the Self-Service Portal that are published for this group or will it actually uninstall software packages that were deployed with this unique static group as target? Hi, today our monitoring system has suddenly changed itself from a "listed" (square blocks view) business view display to a tree view. We had not asked for this, it has applied this configuration without asking us anything. Is there a way to replace the listed blocks view instead that the tree one? We are trying to look into the submenu "View settings --> display properties" but we can't find a solution. Thank you.

REST API get all URL Monitors for a device
Hi, in OpManager 11, with api/json/device/getGraphNames I'm able to see the associated performance monitors, but I can't find anywhere a function to list all URLs Monitors associated to the device. There's a getAllUrlMonitorDetails but only returns the site-wide URL monitors, not the device-associated ones. Being the dirty hacker I am, I found out that the web interface uses an undocumented api/json/device/getDeviceAssociatedMonitors, but it's restricted by a session cookie (useless in a script).

problem when changing a field in SDP
dear all, I updated SDP to latest version 9218 and got a error when try to change a field in some requests ( issue not happen on all request) that changing field does not take effect it continues blinking and using F12 to see log it said 401 error, only when I press F5 to refresh the page error gone and new changing take effect. can you check this issue. thank you ! Hello, When we try to migrate database to MS SQL we heve the following error: The USE database statement failed because the database collation Serbian_Latin_1 00_CI_AS is not recognized by older client drivers. Try upgrading the client ope rating system or applying a service update to the database client software, or u se a different collation. I am seeing on my server that the system is doing an automated backup the first of every month. Every time I try to upload an image to PXE I get error like the attached photo. I saw in previous post to uninstall and reinstall the Manage Engine PXE server I did that, and still nothing works. Field and Form Rules - fail when user submits incident/request
We are looking to combine several Incident Templates into a single template by asking the user to select which system they are having issues with. Once they submit it we want the group to be assigned according to their selection. The problem we have is that the Field and Form Rules don't work if the requester doesn't have access to the group field when they fill out the template. Is there any way to fix this? Adjust a Role?

Unable to see new device in Netflow Analyser!
Hi There, We are exporting SFlow data to netflow analyser with the correct port but unable to see the switch in Analyser under License Management. Hi, Opmanager 11600 with MSSQL DB, Nokia modem on serial COM port Is it possible to automate the sending of an SMS heartbeat message once a day/week from OpManager? Our SMS modem stopped working which we didn't know about so no SMS's were sent when we had an issue so we would like to know the SMS modem is working without having to physically login and manually sending an SMS.
