Opmanager stopped sending "device not responding" alerts
Hello I am running opmanager 12.2. Opmanager suddenly stopped sending "device not responding" alerts to emails, but it shows in opmanager correctly in "Alarms" section when device goes not responsive to opmanager. I haven't made any changes to server lately except I installed site24x7 on-premise poller about a week ago and tried to use it. The pollers service/process has been in shutdown state for few days now and I can't uninstall it. I think that the on-premise poller installation messed opmanager

Sync asset name and details in SDP
Hi, I scan a switch in OpManager and edit device details like vendor, Category, RAM, etc in related form. I integrated OpManager with SDP, When I click on Sync Now button my asset imported in SDP, but my custom details like vendor, category,RAM, etc not imported and just add these IP without any details and put in unknown workstation category. What should I do? I want to use OpManager for assets discovery and integration with SDP. What's your solutions? Thanks

vmware vcenter 6.5 appliance with seperate SSO server
I have a new vcenter 6.5 appliance with a separate SSO server. I cannot get opmanager to connect and see any of the vm's with the data-center. i have tried a domain user with full privileges, i have tried the administrator@local.local account... Ignoring specific event log errors
Hello, When monitoring the event log for a particular server, is it possible to check the box that monitors for all errors yet manually exclude certain ones? For instance, every time I RDP into a server, I get an error in the system log about a printer driver not being installed. The error itself is harmless, but I get an e-mail every time it happens because it shows up as an error. Any way to manually exclude this particular event?
customized report query
Hi, i would like to create a customize report containing devices temperature threshold violation for the past weeks, and this cannot be provided by the report from "any performance monitor" report, as it is only giving the max/min/ave from the certain period selected. my aim, is to generate a daily report of the threshold violation for temperature alone so we could know which times it is usually violated.

Hi, we got a new FAS 2520 last week. After configuring and testing SNMP-Credentials, I was able to successfully add the machine to Opmanager. Everything looks fine so far. One question though: The root volume of the aggregate is at "Volume used for root_vol is 90%, threshold is at 30%". 90% is normal for the root volume, but not for our other volumes, so: Is it possible to set different thresholds for different volumes? OpManager Window Scaling Issue
I'm currently doing a demo of OpManager and I'm running into a minor problem / annoyance. Whenever the window is maximized, it will not scale to the width of the browser. However, if I keep the browser un-maximized, I can stretch it to the width of my screen and it will scale properly. It is only when I maximize the window that it snaps into what appears to be a fixed width. Here are some screenshots that might explain the issue better. Hi All, We have an issue where the changes we make to the Ethernet Interface template are not correctly applying to existing interfaces. We are taking the following steps as per the attached screenshots. However, after disabling monitoring of the discard rates, and changing the threshold of the utilization to be able 90%, we are still getting e-mail alerts when the threshold on interfaces goes over the default level of 30%, and still getting e-mails about discard rates, which we do not want to get.

Good Afternoon ManageEngine, Since many days ago, I am attempting to check the connection between my servers and OpManager but the connection always failed. I checked my snmp community, my ssh credentials also firewalls and IPtables are disabled on the server. but still have the same result. I used mibbrowser tools and see that the problem looks like connections timed out. Nevertheless both servers can receive and sent ICMP packets. Can anyone help me, how do I resolve it ? SNMP matches but test credentials failed - Request Timed Out
Good Afternnon Team ManageEngine, Since many days ago, I am attempting to establish a communication between my linux servers and OpManager, I checked my snmp community, both device can send and receive ICMP packet's(Ping) but the result of test credentials is failed. How to trust a Discovered Connection in 12.2

Duplicate Interfaces
Build Number 12100 OpManager is showing duplicate interfaces on devices. Specifically I'm working on Cisco CAT 4500X switches. I have seen up to 7 duplicates of each interface. I have tried rediscovering the devices, and also deleted the devices and re-added them with no change. Any thoughts? I would rather not have to delete 1000+ interfaces manually every time each switch is rediscovered.
OpUtils 12.2 IP address notes?
We migrated from Oputils 8 to 12, and within version 8 we added notes and info to certain IP address like external IPs and now within version 12 after migration we cannot see or find these notes? Any idea where these are within the new version?

Incorrect CPU Usage.
Hi, I have a server in opmanager (11600) Which is reporting 100% CPU all the time, it's a backup DC and literally does nothing. Have monitored it though task manager and it just ticks over. Have tried doing a rediscover on the server, but no joy. Is there anything else I can try? Hope you can help.

[Question] Cisco Switch Stack monitoring - no alerts for single failed switch in a stack
Hello, most of our switches in our environment are Cisco stackable switches. And because of their inherent redundancy, if a single switch in the stack fails, OpManager never alerts us when this happens. The switch stack is still operational / pingable as far as OpManager is concerned. Is it possible to monitor and send alerts when a switch in a stack goes down?
