Hi， I am adding netapp to OPM but seem there are some issue which cannot allow me to add the device correctly. You can find the attached screen shoot for your reference. SNMP Ping is reachable and I can add the storage device via discovery-->add device, but cannot add the storage device via discovery-->add storage. Thanks

ICMP Monitoring - Devices not responding to ICMP (widget)
I have a question regarding the ICMP widget available in the dashboard. "Devices not responding to ICMP" I've tested a few nodes and they come up promptly in the "Device Down" widget but never in the "Devices not responding to ICMP". Shouldn't that be the first to show a result after a monitored IP goes down? I've made the appropriate changes for the "Echo" services to be monitored accordingly with standard alerts but that made no change with the widget. Any help is appreciated!

Hi there, I woluld like to ask if it is possible to use SQL Server Express Edition for OPManager(v.11.4) Repository? And what permissions do I need to grant to WMI Credentials user to monitor WMI performance counters for a group of servers. Uninstall OpMAnager Trial version
HI there, I installed OpManger Trial version. It worked fine. I wanted to uninstall the software but that was not possible. I decided to remove manually the entire folder C:\ManageEngine\OpManager. Now, I want to reinstall the software (free version) but I have an error message telling me that I need to uninstall the previous version. OPManager and Probe configuration restore issue
when I re-installed probe with the clean image and restore probe configuration into the system. I found central can only see probe communication status is running but all of original CI information is missed. I have to discover device and interface again, and re-configure detail settings. Importing CSV file into IPAM for IP address details.
Hello, [Note: I tried posting this and it didn't seem to get submitted... this is a second post in the cast the first did not work.] I'm trying to migrate IP address data from our Access database over to IPAM. Centrify - Domain login
I'm using centrify to access OpManager. But the login page defaults to local authentication but users are domain. How do I set Domain Authentication by default? Do you have a URL that goes straight to domain authentication? Is it possible to disable local authentication? Centrify has option to execute mapping script, is there anything we can use? Is SAML supported?

Gmail account setup problem
Hello, I experience problem to setup the Mail Server Setting with gmail account. After I setup those parameters and click 'Test Mail' but got following error Primary : javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException cannot be cast to javax.mail.MessagingException What I input setting is: server name: smtp.gmail.com port 587 email and authentication name: full email account TLS button enabled. Opmanger version: Linux Opmanager 12 build 12200. How can I trace the problem and fix it? Thanks!

Windows cluster node VM is not discovered as part of vCenter while doing discovery
Hi, While discovering vCenter in OpManager, it is failing to discover VMs, which are part of windows cluster. Though it is listing as part of vCenter during discovery, it is not actually getting added in inventory. I also noticed, it is not taking correct IP when VM is getting listed during discovery. That may be reason why it is not added to inventory. Any help? Thanks,

Hi, in my view rediscovery is incredibly broken. When a device is rediscovered, the changes made after the first discovery are mostly reverted. For Example I added a switch today and modified the device type. Also I made a change to a switch port description. Upon rediscovery it was again added (as a second device with the same IP and DNS name) - wrong type, no port descriptions at all. At least give us the option to skip existing devices during discovery. Also updating the Port descriptions of existing

Hi, I am trying to add Windows service monitors for a device but it keeps saying 'Login details not present for this device' even though the device is discoverable and other things are successfully being monitored such as CPU, etc. Any ideas?

In order to access Opmanager remotely using the mobile app, it is necessary to publish the OpManager admin interface to the Internet. It would be good if some control were possible, to allow only traffic from the mobile app so that the whole admin interface was not available from the Internet. Is this possible at the moment? hi all, im working on getting Hirschmann MACH en MISE switches into OPmanager. Im able to get the traps to OPmanager but for example the temperature trap sends out : hmTemperatureTrap is received from ###.###.###.### with the following related information : .1.3.6.1.4.1.248.14.2.5.1.0: 41 , .1.3.6.1.4.1.248.14.2.5.2.0: 40 , .1.3.6.1.4.1.248.14.2.5.3.0: 0 ,| so 41 is the current temperature 40 is the max threshold and 0 is the min threshold. how can I use these values to trigger an alarm and clear

Setting up alarms for specific thresholds
Good morning I am trying to setup an email alert only for Low Disc Space Alarms however i am struggling to find the option to do this. I can set it to alert when threshold is broken however this is all thresholds and not specific to Low Disc Space. Can you please advise if this is possible and if so how? Port polling
I have a site that has a Public IP with 4 devices internal that I am Polling on specified ports. When a device goes down and come back up it doesn't clear the alarm. What can I do to fix this issue. I am checking when it sends the alarm but the device is not really off I can still connect to it. Please if someone can help with this issue.
