Support, We just upgraded OpManager Central and Probes to version 12.3.171 but would like to upgrade to latest. Is there a way to get a service pack for 12.3.195? Thanks.

I have added script monitors and it is working fine in centos7 (remote server) Opmanager also installed in another centos7, While getting alert notifications I am getting "Max connections (per Device) Reached" and after few minutes I am getting the clear message. Hi We currently have many alerts configured to send a notification by mail to different user emails. We want to eliminate one of those users from all the notifications that we have configured. I see different % utilization watching rx/tx trffic vs netflow traffic. Supposed to be the same. are the using different units, average or something?? could anyone explain to me please? Background: Its the same device and same interface. set the same capacity (BPS) to the interface (Inventory-monitoring-configure interfaces for RX TX and Inventory-Flowanalysis-Edit summary for netflow) for monitoring Interval 30 sec. and for netflow sample rate 1.

Howdy, Just installed the trial of v12 OpManager and pointed it at an SQL database. As soon as I logged in and put in an IP range to scan, I got a not at the top of the screen that says: BCP not installed on your OpManager server. Please install SQL Native Client for better performance. Can anyone let me know what that's referring to? I wasn't prompted to install anything else during the setup so I'm not sure if I'm missing something or what. The SQL database is on a different server if that makes
How to Add New User with Account Username, Not Account E-mail?
Hi, I noticed when trying to add a new user OpManager does not allow a 'Username' to be specified -- OpManager instead asks for an "E-Mail ID." How can we generate new user accounts with 'Usernames' instead of 'E-Mail ID'? It seems the ability to provide a "Username" was removed at some point, maybe? We are running OpManager version 12.3.091. Attached is a picture of what I'm talking about for your reference.

I would like to know if its possible to view in map (business view): real time information of interface bandwidth. Even adding to NOC view I could not. Reducing the monitoring interval in Threshold Settings to 30sec and adding the map to NOC work. But I wonder the resource implications. another solution? Thanks

CCTV/NOC View Auto Login
Hello, I've created a CCTV/NOC view that I would like to push out to our wall TVs in our operations room but I can't figure out how to get it to auto login? Am I missing something or is there a way to do this? We're running version 12.3.183. While I'm logged in I can access it on this URL http://opmanager/apiclient/ember/index.jsp#/CCTVSlide/301 but I'd like this to auto login on our TVs. Is there a sting I can add after it to pass through details? Thanks in advance.

SMS escalation in opm 12.3
We have a need for sms escalation localy on the opm-server. With older editions we have had sms-modem enabled but in release 12.3 there is a change in the setup-settings form. The sms-modem haven't been stable for us but sometimes it sends a bunch of messages... We are using opm to monitor default-gw and other network-links and are on a very isolated network so we need gsm-sms from the opm server not depending on external SMS-services/providers How can we setup this in a reliable way? 1.external

This happened recently causing Opmanager to stop working. If you are on build 12.3.181 and above, you don't have to open the command prompt and run those complex open ssl commands to import the certificates into OpManager, NetFlow analyzer, Network Configuration, Oputils and Firewall Analyzer. Hi. I am trying to create a NOC View for our big screen in the office, so we can see what is going on. I would like the Recent Alarms widget so I can see the latest alarms coming in. But it is really annoying that we have to look at a big chart showing how many alarms you have. (See attachment) That takes the view and you are not able to see what kind of alarm you have. Is it possible to remove the chart from the widget? Thanks Torsten

Hello, I moved our instance of OpUtils from an older server to a new one.
