Wrong Memory Utilization in Cisco ASR 1000-X
Hi, I have 4 Cisco ASR 1002-X routers monitored in OpManager. I just realized the Memory Utilization does not show the real condition. It shows 80%, but the fact is it only using 9%. And it happened only in ASR 1002-X routers series. OpMan: Router: Any other routers such as Cisco C800, ISR4331/K9, CISCO2901/K9, etc shows obviously. I'm figuring out how to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Interface Last Polled Bandwidth value widget not changing color in dashboard
Hi, I have configured custom dashboard with several widgets with last polled interface bandwidth value. When these values reach thresholds they don't change color in dashboard but if I enter in the device, then in the interface the diag color has changed. So, the issue is only in dashboard. Can anyone tell me if this is regular behaviour? Thanks!

How come are the POST requests being sent without a body, and send parameters as query strings in URL?
Hi, AFAIK, The parameters of a POST http request will be wrapped and sent in the request's body (in json format or form-data format) not as quey strings in the URL (like what we have in GET requests). I'm curious how do some of OPManager's API URLs work, as their method are POST, but still they have all required parameters in their URL, and nothing is mentioened to be implemented as the patrameters in the POST's body. An example would be: addServiceMonitor (POST) : http://localhost:8060/api/json/admin/addServiceMonitor?apiKey=081c9ac51ba16ab061d5efee583dcd2f&autoDiscovery=false&serviceName=test2&portNumber=119&timeOut=5&failureThreshold=1
The difference between returned parameter's of a device in API
Hi, What's the difference between these two returned parameters in the API response? statusNum numericStatus I'm also wondering what's the mapName and what's the list of it's available values? does isSNMP indicate if the device is SNMP enabled or it declares the SNMP credential were OK? How could we retrive the MAC address of devices via API? Thanks
Notification profile
Good afternoon, I have a very basic notification profile whereby if a certain snmp trap is recieved a bat file is run which in turn opens up an exe file. In previous versions this has worked fine but since upgrading it no longer works. i have then tried doing this via a bat file and powershell and this all works as expected outside of OpManager but when i try it within the test action is states its successful but nothing happens. command : C:\ManageEngine\OpManager\bin\test.bat test.bat: PowerShell
Initial Install
I'm just trying to install this - firewall monitoring piece. On a windows server. I run the install, and the very first question "ADMIN" or "COLLECTOR" is not listed on ANY of the documentation I can find. Which do I install? I installed the admin, but it says there's no collector... It won't let me re-run the install a collector on the same computer. When I un-install and try to install the collector, it wants an IP of the Amin.... there isn't one yet... How do Install?
Device status clarification
Hi, In "Alarm severity levels in OpManager" article, The different system device statuses are mentioned as following: 1)Service Down: When is service down and URL monitor is down 2)Attention: When the device is down for the 1st poll in availability 3)Trouble: When the device is down for 3 consecutive polls in Availability 4)Critical: When the device is down for 5 consecutive polls in Availability. This is the highest severity in OpManager. 5)Clear: At any stage if an alarm is cleared. My questions
New Setup - Adding Device to Bandwidth Monitor
Hi there, I just set up OpUtils and am most interested in the bandwidth monitoring. I've added a simple device, a computer with one ethernet port, and for some reason OpUtils provides me with 35 different interfaces to choose from. Why is this and how do I determine which interface to choose from? I don't even have any wireless, vlan or vpn set up on this rig. It is, however, hosting the OpUtils server.

Url Monitor not showing Response Time
I am running 12.3.318 and noticed my URL monitors are not returning Response Time anymore. Just says NA. Is there a way to fix this? It's causing a workflow trigger to not work anymore.

Customize Device Snapshot Custom Dials
I understand it won't be a full customizable device dashboard (thought that would be awesome too), but at the very least allow proper scaling, selection and ordering for the metrics along with customizing the name of the widgets or changing it from a dial to a bar graph or table This screenshot is from a SQL server with many disks. Downtime Scheduler Help
Here is the scenario we do monthly patching on a number of servers. Great ill setup a downtime schedule for these servers so we don't get needless alerts. Say the maintenance is scheduled for 2 hours and i setup a 2 hours downtime schedule. But since i'm such an efficient admin i actually finish in 1 hour and now i want to check my servers health and start monitoring again. There appears to be no way to Cancel the downtime once scheduled. If i try to disable the downtime i get the message "Unable

Monitoring selected Interface
Dear, Can anybody help me in customizing the interface. I would like to monitor only few templates like Ex: I want to monitor ten gig 1/2/3 from one switch and gig 0/1 from a firewall and few more from other devices and put them together into one separate dashboard. Is it possible?
Opmanager hardware event alerts
Good afternoon, we are using opmanager 12.3. Currently with hardware monitoring we are frequently receiving an event of Hardware Sensor Name : Fan 1.1. Category : fan. Current State : shutdown(4) - The sensor is in non-recoverable state. Is there a way to reduce the severity of the alarm, and is there a way to stop alarms for this fault while continuing to monitor other hardware faults for the device? Thanks for your time

Servers with failed logins
Hi Our AD server report that opmanager server login with a bad password, but when I look in Opmanager all servers is marked green. How can I see what server have wrong credential? It is very bad that Opmanager does not indicate when logins fail. I can not open 200 servers and test to login.

File Monitor: Alert if file NOT monitored
Please add the ability to check if a file is NOT modified after a certain period of time. Right now the option exists to alert if a file IS modified but for those logs that are written to continuously, if it suddenly goes silent for a period of time, that could indicate an application issue.
OPM probe configuration issue with proxy setup.
I'm installing the OPM probe and try to connect to OPM central from internet. The OPM probe was installed in the branch office which goes to internet by proxy, but the proxy is setup without credential. This is the reason I cannot pass the installation process without username and password fill in during proxy setup in OPM probe installation. Is there any way I can setup with the proxy without credential in my case， because i cannot change the proxy server setup in my network.
