can not discover devices
When trying to discover devices, i choose a range of 10.16.100.1 - 10.16.100.254 mask: 255.255.255.0 I get back "please enter valid number. Anyone has any ideas on the issue. Thanks .Cesar

OPManager 7 Database Problem
After hard rebooting the Windows 2003 SP2 server, we received an error on OPManager 7. The error states "Oops looks like a few tables got corrupted. Don't worry.. Run RepairDB.bat from bin directory and restart the server." We ran repairDB.bat and restarted the server serveral times but the problem persists. Please help us. I have been using opmanager since version 6 and the one thing that worked well, but has been removed from the functionality it the autodiscovery of the clients. I wonder when this feature will come back
Errors in the "list view" page
Dear all, I have a problem in my OpManager Professional (Build 8721) which refers to my Servers Map. If I open the server map in the "Map" view, i can see all of my configured servers correctly listed and, by clicking on them, i can correctly get all of the details. The problem is that, if i switch to the List View, i see the same servers listed many times up to the number of servers configured. all the others are simply missing in the List View. I've already tried to run a RepairDB with no success...
Netlfow plugin issue
Using OpManager 8 (Build 8721) with Netflow plugin (8500). When I select the "Netflow Traffic Analyzer" modules link, it opens just fine. When I'm in OpManager and I select an interface to view and scroll down, I see the login screen (see photo 1). I try logging in and then i get an unrelated view to what i was expecting (photo 2). Device Availability report issue
Hi , We are using OpManager build 8721. While pulling device availability report of last 30 days through OP.In case of 100% up time it shows 20 days 21 hours is total up time. Also , almost all monitor availability shows approx 25% is not monitored .Hoever there is no shuch activity where we had not monitored. Pls refer to attached report .
Netfow plugin settings - change server settings
Hello, Running Opmgr 8721. Installed the Netflow Analyzer plug-in on the OPmanager server, than uninstalled because we have a separate Netflow server. When I try to add the new NA server, the Netflow settings screen keeps showing the IP address of the Opmanager server. Where is this information held so I can delete? This is the error I get when testing: Unable to establish connection to Netflow Server Thanks.

I'm trying to import configurations from Cisco Access points. 1130AG 1252n I can add them if I do it 1 at a time but doing it that way there is no "Device Template Name" for either type of device. For vender I select: Cisco For Device Template Name: Cisco Aironet Access Point For Series I enter: 1130AG For Model I enter: Cisco Aironet 1130AG And it will add the device. If I try to add the device using the Import SNMP Device method the IP addresses for the access points are not listed. YES - All
ESX host in cluster not updating vm list
Hello, Running Opmgr 8721 with Vmware add-on. We have an ESX cluster with 3 nodes, 1 is currently in maintenance mode. Of the 2 that are active, 1of the hosts in Opmanager is not updating the list of virtual machines that it hosts. I have deleted (from the quick config wizard and removedbentriesnew), then re-added the host, but still the same issue. I will submit an email to support. Thanks.
OpManager data collection stopped Windows 2008 installation
Just add on to it, We have found one more issue,that is the OpManager suddenly stop monitoring the VM hosts which were configured earlier. But my Guest OS is still been monitored, again there also we have an issue.Even though snmp services is up and running on all the guest OS the OpManager is not able to resolve the snmp credentials and it's failing to monitor the CPU and Memory utilization. Recent Alarms not clearing
I have the recent alarm widget configured on my overview page. I am running 8720. The recent alarms are not clearing after they are cleared on the devices that experienced the issue. Old alarms will stay in the "recent alarm" screen until manually cleared. Weve run Opmanager since version 7, but this issue is new with the latest upgrade.

Problem with exchange monitoring
On the Transport section of Exchange monitoring I see that there's something strange: The Message Received Per seconds instead of reporting the number of messages per seconds grow at every refresh (I think he should report the "(current value - last value)/time interval". It's a windows 2008 machine with exchange 2007 sp2. Anyone have this problem ?

Notification Profiles
The whole notification profile functionality needs a complete re-write. The "profile" should be based around the RULES that are applied to devices and not the MESSAGE that is sent/emailed as is currently the case. For example, I would want to create a profile or template for domain controllers that would monitor particular services and events. Opmanager 6.0 Java Problem
Dear Support we use opamanger v6.0 for a while. there are more than 250 cisco devices to monitor under OP v6.0 with last patch. We are running on window 2003 with 8 GB RAM. We try to run MapMaker for about 30 business view, the screen just hang and we have to STOP/Restart OP services everytime ? The Java.exe just running about 120MB of memory. Hi All, Hope someone can help me with the following problem; We have a variety of netscreen devices (5GT, ssg5, ssg20, ssg140's) annd setup as static route based site-to-site vpns. All VPN's are bound to independent unnumbered tunnel interfaces I can add the devices to OpManager perfectly and it gives me a nice tx rx overview of the physical interfaces. Alert when Opmanager loses connectivity
Hello, Running Opmgr 8721. I saw this alert from last night: NULL OpManager has detected that it has lost network connectivity and has suspended all monitoring. Monitoring will be automatically resumed once connectivity is established. Can you have Opmanager send an email alert once it regains network connectivity? This would be very helpful. Thanks.

Change IP address of a device
Hi, I have in our Op Manager devices added using IP address (switches, routers, UPS, access points, routers, etc.). Some of these have no DNS record. I have changed the IP address of a switch. I have replicated the change in Op Manager and now i get the "Unable to fetch managed object details for the object: new IP address". How can i manage this change in Op Manager? Data missing in Dashboards
Data in the dashboard charts for Last N Hours are all not displaying data from Midnight of October 31 until the current time if they extend into October 31'st. I can edit any of the individual widgets to show only 6 hours and it will display data for the 6 hours, but if I do 12 hrs, the data in the chart stops at midnight. We have the widgets set for Last 24 hours and we are seeing nothing past Midnight. I can also view data with no issues if I view the report from the device. This just started
