Hy,
 
When Add Integration with ServiceDesk request info: Successfully tested and added the ServiceDesk details.Restart OpManager Server inorder to view Service Desk details.
 
But try config ticket details:
 
  • category from combo-box not listed
  • priority from combo-box not listed
  • technician from combo-box not listed
  •  
    Send attached log integration with sucess.
     
    ServiceDesk version: 7608
    Opmanager version: 8271
