url monitor don't works over proxy (MS ISA 2006)

I try to monitor some external url with opmanager 7 over a MS ISA 2006 proxy. I configured the right proxy settings but the result is always "The URL http://www.microsoft.com is down, Reason : Host Unavailable".
Internal urls are no probs.
