URL "Check Now" feature is always failing
Build 9101 I created some new URL monitors, which perform a get on a set string, and the monitors appear to be working, however the "Check Now" button is not working. Even on long-standing URL monitors, every time I hit the "check now" button the test fails. Unable to enable thresholds on WMI performance monitor build 9101
I have several servers which I've loaded Biztalk host counters for, and applied threshold alerts, prior to build 9101. last week I deleted a monitor and tried to recreate and found I can not SAVE my threshold values. Even though I get a positive message that the graph has been modified, it remains not enabled, with no values saved.

OpUtils Feature
I use OpUtils Config File Manager to backup all my Cisco routers and switches. But it would be nice to be able to backup Cisco ASA firewalls as well. I know you have Device Expert that can manage the ASA configs, but I rather not have to buy and use an additional piece of software. I would like to manage all the Cisco configs in OpUtils since I use the other features of that program as well. At this time, the ASA's cannot be managed in OpUtils because they don't support the write and set commands
Warning after installing new license file.
Hi, We changed the email contact information and got a new license file from your support. When we added this license file as the description said we got a warning on our central server saying : "Problem in processing archived data from probes. Check whether bcp.exe and nativeclient are installed properly. Details" Clicking on the Details link didnt provide any information that made any sence. We run sql database on central server, and mysql on the probes. What should i do to get rid of this

Opmanager and Servicedesk plus
I have both Opmanager 9.0 and Servicedesk plus 8.1 installed on the same machine. It seems that after I upgrade to servicedesk 8.1, the whole system is very slow. Is it advisable to have both on the same server. the machine running the application is not very high end. just a windows 7 professional desktop.
Virtualization dashboard usage rounding
Hi, on the virtualization dashboard "Usage (%)" are not roundend with a fixed number of digits. Sometime this results in very long number displayed, like 78,9999999999999999999995%. We have the dashboard on show on the big screens and got quite a few of complaints about it by the higher up management. It seems like a trivial mistake to fix. Is a solution planned for the next release? Thank you

ever since I rebooted the Opmanager machine last Friday, I have problem with Opmanager. It it very unstable. I need to restart the Opmanager service. I restart the Opmanager using the StartOpmanagerServer.bat script a few times this morning. which log file should i check to see what is the problem
Reading OpManager Reports
Hello, I have a vendor that we provide SNMP access for monitoring a VoIP service at some of our branch offices. The vendor in turn provides OpManager reports on any alerts and changes in the environment. See the sample report I've provided for clarity. My question is about corlelating the Message with the Severity. I see in the Message column that there was a router configuraion change. And the Severity is Clear. Hi guys, I am currently setting the thresholds on some groups of server and was wondering if it was possible to fine tune the threshold so that it will not alert us unless the thrshhold has been violated for a few seconds? For instance, I would like to set it so that if a CPU sits at 100% for more than 10 seconds to alert us. OpManager sent an alert with wrong information regarding disk space
Hi, OpManager sent an alert with wrong information regarding disk space. When I checked the server disk space it is still 27.7GB and OpManager sent a zero disk space alert. Problem Adding Device to OpManager
Hi Currently running build 9101 on Windows Server 2003, and I'm having issues adding a new firewall (a DrayTek 3200 series device) to OpManager. Manually adding the device results in OpManager reporting that the device was added successfully, but it isn't available to view, and searching for it returns no results, only prompting me to add the device again. Changing ESX host monitors polling frequency
Hi, Is there a way to change the polling frequency of the monitors to an ESX host? By default they are all at 5 minutes and if you edit the monitor, you can't change the preriod. The same polling is assign to the host itself meaning that data is collected every 5 minutes, does this mean that if the server loose network connectivity a critical alarm will be raise only 25 minutes later? (5 polling with a ping failed) 1 ping failed after 5 minutes (1 x 5min) will raise a Attention alarm 3 ping failed

We are currently doing a Trial of the OpManager 9 and i was wondering if it was possible to add a tab to the top bar to link to custom pages? For example we currently use EventLog Analyzer and it would be nice to be able to add a tab to the top main navigation bar that would link us to the Eventlog Analyzer login page, this way we could access everything from the OpManager site.

What is the Best Policy for Alarms on Devices that Become Unpingable?
Long title--but it basically asks the whole question. We are just now configuring a new deployment of OpManager 9 and wondered what the best setup is for having an alarm email generated after a device is no longer pingable after x tries? I thought maybe if the SNMP service is no longer communicating is a good trigger, but wondered if there is something better? I didn't see anything in the options for ICMP, so I'm not sure. Thanks!
