Hello,

I have a vendor that we provide SNMP access for monitoring a VoIP service at some of our branch offices.  The vendor in turn provides OpManager reports on any alerts and changes in the environment.

My question is about corlelating the Message with the Severity.  I see in the Message column that there was a router configuraion change.  And the Severity is Clear.  I know for a fact that the router config changed on April 10th. 

The vendor is telling me that this router change happened on April 25th., and is responible for an event that occured on the same day.  I'm thinking that they aren't reading the report correctly. 

 

So is the report from April 25th. telling me that this change has been cleared from the report buffer (Hence the Severity Clear), or is it is telling me something else?

 

I need help in understanding how to read their report.
