Inventory Report.
Dear All,
Please tell me, How can get the all fields of device in Inventory report.
By the default just have the
Device Name | IP Address | Device Type | RAM (in MB) | Disk (in GB) |
Most of Devices of Network Monitoring are the router , switch , access point so I can't see the RAM and Disk.
But I want the report that have the informattion in the orthers field in Device details and device noted TAPs.
such as vendor , model, serialnumber, IOS software, circuit id , floor , deparment , building , including the CustomFieldFrom which Opmanger allow to addfield .
We well knew , Switches are installed the building, and not datacenter only , switches or access point will decentralize each floor at network rack or working area for access point.
Example ; When warranty of equipment will negotiate the information of serial numer , model, location are very important which we would like to see in the inventory report.

I'm bit deplore with Opmanger that told is the network software monitoring but the default report isn't support the information of Network technical . look like Opmanger don't know the nature of network equipments.
and don't care the user which is network technical who's useful of the device report in opmanager.
