Does anyone know if it's possible to export all the KB articles at once, and using PDF format? ps.: sorry my english.
5.6 upgrade
After upgrading to 5.6 I do not have the option to try the new Exchange monitor. Any suggestions?
Printer monitoring
Is it possible to have an email sent when a printer reports it is low on toner or the fuser oil needs to be replaced etc? but only to send this email if its been in this status for say 2 or 3 polls?
Configuring multiple monitors
I have been configuring OpManager to monitor multiple servers, and am curious if I can add multiple monitors to the same device simultaneously; instead of adding resource and traffic monitors one by one. The wizard seems to add multiple devices with one monitor, so would have to repeat the process multiple times. Wondering if there is a easier way to do this. I am mainly using the web client to configure the devices.

Port number -- failed established connection with web server
Hello I have a GREAT problem!!!!! I installed OPmanager without problem but when i want to execute : ./StartOpManagerServer.sh ...............! nothing sh StartOpManagerServer.sh..............! nothing I changed Port with: ./ChangeWebServerPort.sh ................ 81,1000,9090,10000 and lots of others. But I have the same error: Verifying connection with web server DB disconnected!!! I can't resolve this , If you have solution for me Thank you very much!!

OPmanager 5.6 Server service won't start after installing application on Win2000 Server. HELP.................................. Opmanager is being installed on the same box as ServiceDesk Plus. How can I fix the issue so OPManager will run?

Linux "System Load" Resource Monitor missing in 56
The new Resource Monitor avaible in OpManager 5.6 is missing from the opmanager_graphInfo.xml file. It exists only in the HostResource.xml file. The Monitor was added in the opmanager_graphInfo.xml file, but theres more new Monitors that I don't want to add manually. Where can I find the opmanager_graphInfo.xml file version for the OpManager 5.6 Tks!

Hello again, I am under debian. this is the come back of this error when i execute .../bin/StartOpManagerServer.sh : Failed to connect web server, Gracefully shutdown OpManager I sum up, all i 've done : - I create a group called nobody - I've download libdb 3.2.so (dont remember exactly), and i've move them from .../lib/backup to ../lib. the file exist everywhere where i can put it. - Everytime i run the script to lauch apache before : ../apache/StartWebSrv.sh Nothing go. Active Connection Count in 5.6
Hi, I notice that my monitored PIXes have gained an Active Connection Count on the snapshot page. However, this is blank for all of them. What's the OID that's being sampled? many thanks, alec

Memory usage
Hi there We are currently using Opmanager 5.5 How ever we are monitoring a Dl360 with the resource and vender specific monitors The operating system it is using is SLES9 The server has 2 gig of ram and 4 gig swap space How ever the Memory utilization resource monitoring is averaging at 56% and the vender free physical memory under vender specific monitors claims we have 20 meg free (which is correct) can someone please tell me on how to fix this problem please
OpManager Request Form
I am the OpManager admin of my wan. I would like to be able to send out a detailed request form to the others in my nation wide organization that specifies what devices they would like monitored and what they want them monitored for. Then when I recieve the form back, all I have to do is punch in the info and their device is set up for monitoring. I have not found where this exists and would like that ability. Something that includes every feature in OpManager so the user knows what OpManager is
Discovering and monitoring a UPS

BRIDGE-MIB - Switch Port Mapper Problems
Hi I have loaded the BRIDGE-MIB and when I do "get" from the MIB Browser I get a connection to the switch (Cisco Catalyst 4006-SW). However when I try and use the Switch Port Matter I get the following error message: "Data not available. BRIDGE-MIB might not be implemented in this device." I can access to the linux server via SSH but i can not login to the web interface. Is any one know the method to reset the admin password via command line. thank you.
Opmanager fails to start
After installing a patch from microsoft to get our comapny web to work, Opmanager fails to start. on inital start up of teh server, opmanager hangs on configuration complete. If I stop then start the service "ManageEngine opmanager", the opmanager screen freezes on "configuring Authentication". Does anyone know what might be the problem?

OPManager is not polling
Dear friend I have cobnfigured OPManager and left it run for one month without ayttending It was observerd that the last poll done was on Jul 07 and the polling has stopped after that for 15 days. On restarting it has started polling again. Pl help atsivakumar
Fix for mysql errors in Suse 9.x
Found this in a Suse forum and it fixed the "Unable to connect to mysql daemon" error. It is now working. The problem was that JDBC was having problems with the ipv6 in SuSE 9.2. Commenting out the line: #::1 localhost ipv6-localhost ipv6-loopback in the /etc/hosts file solved the problem. This plus the libdb fix for the web server previously mentioned gets OpManager up and running successfully on Suse 9.x
Startup problems
Hi, I have installed Op Manager on a server that also i am also running Servicedesk and another product that uses mysql & tomcat all on one box and i am having trouble starting the opmanager service in the windows event log it says the following "the ManageEngine OpManager service terminated unexpectedly." i have already changed the port 8009 on the other tomcat application so as at least i can sort of start Op Manager. I think it could be some thing to do with the fact i now have three mysql servers
Appears that I need to load a mib upon startup
In the MIB Browser, I can get the desired information IF I manually load the MIB. I have set up a couple of test graphs using items from the loaded MIB, but they always show no data available after running for a while (at least 2 collection periods). Did find mibstoload.conf or something like that and added the desired MIB file to it, but still nothing after stopping and restarting the server. Trying to watch some items from Lotus Domino and have the mib file from the server. In fact, have tried

I Can't Figure It Out
I am trying the demo version of OpManager, and I need an answer to this question. On my Desktops list, my own computer shows up with the blue star (SNMP enabled), and all my monitors work well. However, none of the other Desktops on the network show the blue star, even those with SNMP enabled, and I can't get any of the monitors to work for other Desktops. What do I need to do? OpManager 5.6
Just installed SP2 to go to 5600, and I don't have any data in my cpu utilization, memory, disk and traffic monitors. The dashboard graphs also do not show up. ???
Notification profile
hello I'have installed the SP2 and now when I want to add a notiffication Profile, OpManager says that "Notification profile added successfully" but it doesn't appear in the table E-Mail profiles. So I cant' associate a device to this notification. Any suggestion ? I have to reinstall SP2 or remove ...?
Cisco 2801 issue
OpManager discovered it(although there is no device type for the 2801 so I used a 2600 series), but doesn't show interface e0/0 or s0/1/0 in the infrastructure view and doesn't show the connection between that interface and it's associated network in the Network view. It does show the interfaces as up if i look at the snapshot view. Anyway to get the other interfaces to show?

Opmanager service fails to start
I just installed the 5.6 upgrade and now I can't get opmanager to start on the server. The only way i can get it to start up is the batch file in the bin directory. Here is the eventviewer error logs Unable to execute Java command. The system cannot find the file specified. Make it easy to change the device types already listed. I would like to change the web images for a few of the devices there but I can't.

High cpu usage
