Failed to connect web server, shutdown OpManager

Hello again,

I am under debian.
this is the come back of this error when i execute .../bin/StartOpManagerServer.sh :
Failed to connect web server, Gracefully shutdown OpManager

I sum up, all i 've done :
- I create a group called nobody
- I've download libdb 3.2.so (dont remember exactly), and i've move them from .../lib/backup to ../lib.
the file exist everywhere where i can put it.
- Everytime i run the script to lauch apache before : ../apache/StartWebSrv.sh
Nothing go.

Rem : when i do ../apache/ShutdownWebSrv.sh, it says that thee http pid[6846] is not not running ! so maybe "StartWebSrv" don't do his job?

Other questions, is the lib like Xfree86 is the same as Xfree86-common on debian? And if all lib that i need is in RPM (and Debian use the DEB), should i installed all (so i must use alien etc...?)
