i have setup a dashboard widget - recent alarms. Find this widget useful to us, but the graph part. How can i remove the graph from this widget and only have the alarms showing on screen?
Discards rate for port errors
I recently rebuilt my OpManager server using version 7 (couldn't wait for the upgrade ) and I am very pleased with some of the new features. I am getting one error that I would like to turn off. I keep getting messages about Discard rate for port [interface name] % I installed OpManager7-Hotfix as the documentation showed that it cleared up this error, however, I am still receiving them on my Cisco devices. Hello, I am not sure if this was already asked but I could not find it in the threads. I would like to basically do a quick inventory of what monitors I have already configured and the thresholds set including the notification profiles (i.e. web alarms). Is there a way for me to extract this directly from OpManager (v11 and 12)? If there is already an existing thread about this, can you please direct me to that thread? Thanks you.

Hello! I want to create an At-A-Glance Report in the OpManager 11.6 without using the Old UI. Is it possible to create one over API or with an HTTP Request? Will the OpManager 12 support At-A-Glance Reports and if not so how can I generate a Report that is equal to an At-A-Glance Report? Greetings!

Hi. I need to create a page to display on a big TV on the wall that shows the worst offenders in terms of CPU/Mem/BW. Specifically a bar graph or similar to show at least some historical data, a la Cacti, so we can spot problems looming and know if any spikes are anomalies or if an upgrade is warranted. Is this possible? I can't find anything on it. I can drill down to CPU usage for example, but I need it super obvious. No clicks, just right there.

Hi All, Recently we tested the Passthrough feature in OPM with version 11600 in lab, then we would enable the feature in our production environnment(Central-probe). According to the userguide, it is fine until enabling the passthrough option, and the browser has poped a window to login for authentication. Integration of OPManager With Service Desk
Dear Team We have integrated Opmanager with service desk to logs call automatically in the servicedesk. At present calls are getting logged ,But only some of the calls logged get closed while some are opened . Its true for Appmanager also . While Network calls get logged and close regularly while server or appmanager call are not closed. Can someone update on the parameters on which call get closed. Regards Manish
Java Binary Causing High CPU

My host machine for OpManager has been operating well for the past three months since it was installed, but all of a sudden in the last few days CPU utilisation has been a near constant 99%. The culprit is the Java (TM) Platform SE binary process which is also using about 800Mb of RAM by itself. URL Monitors not working after updating iDRACs
Hello, I recently updated all of our DRACs and have noticed that the URL monitors for these sites are now coming back with the error: The URL https://172.20.11.6 is down, Reason : Host Unavailable I have logged onto the server that hosts Opmanager and am able to reach these pages fine so I'm not sure why the monitors are reporting that it is down. Hi, as mentioned somewhere else - we have a OpManager v12.2 in distributed mode. It is very fresh installation, based so far on 3 servers: 1 Centrall application server, database server with MS SQL 2014 and a probe server. All of these is Windows 2012 R2. I have noticed that after installation of the Central server and restart of the service (ManageEngine OpManager Central) we have an issue with accessing the web application. It shows the login screen, but just after that there is an error screen.

Today I was trying to do something on the probe server, and the service has just crashed, now I can't start it, as there is a message about invalid license file... Hi, I think it would be great if there's a feature, that provides dashboard templates. If you have to create lots of dashboards with the same structure, a pre-built template would be a strong help and would save a lot time. My second idea is the opportunity to select more than one widget of a kind in one creation process.
