Integration of OPManager With Service Desk

Dear Team

We have integrated Opmanager with service desk to logs call automatically in the servicedesk. At present calls are getting logged ,But only some of the calls logged get

closed while some are opened . Its true for Appmanager also .

While Network calls get logged and close regularly while server or appmanager call are not closed.

Can someone update on the parameters on which call get closed.
