Customize Device Snapshot Custom Dials
I understand it won't be a full customizable device dashboard (thought that would be awesome too), but at the very least allow proper scaling, selection and ordering for the metrics along with customizing the name of the widgets or changing it from a dial to a bar graph or table This screenshot is from a SQL server with many disks. The font is huge and the text is cut off rendering the user of it limited.

Downtime Scheduler Help
Here is the scenario we do monthly patching on a number of servers. Great ill setup a downtime schedule for these servers so we don't get needless alerts. Say the maintenance is scheduled for 2 hours and i setup a 2 hours downtime schedule. But since i'm such an efficient admin i actually finish in 1 hour and now i want to check my servers health and start monitoring again. There appears to be no way to Cancel the downtime once scheduled. If i try to disable the downtime i get the message "Unable

Monitoring selected Interface
Dear, Can anybody help me in customizing the interface. I would like to monitor only few templates like Ex: I want to monitor ten gig 1/2/3 from one switch and gig 0/1 from a firewall and few more from other devices and put them together into one separate dashboard. Is it possible?
Opmanager hardware event alerts
Good afternoon, we are using opmanager 12.3. Currently with hardware monitoring we are frequently receiving an event of Hardware Sensor Name : Fan 1.1. Category : fan. Current State : shutdown(4) - The sensor is in non-recoverable state. Is there a way to reduce the severity of the alarm, and is there a way to stop alarms for this fault while continuing to monitor other hardware faults for the device? Thanks for your time

Servers with failed logins
Hi Our AD server report that opmanager server login with a bad password, but when I look in Opmanager all servers is marked green. How can I see what server have wrong credential? It is very bad that Opmanager does not indicate when logins fail. I can not open 200 servers and test to login.

File Monitor: Alert if file NOT monitored
Please add the ability to check if a file is NOT modified after a certain period of time. Right now the option exists to alert if a file IS modified but for those logs that are written to continuously, if it suddenly goes silent for a period of time, that could indicate an application issue.
OPM probe configuration issue with proxy setup.
I'm installing the OPM probe and try to connect to OPM central from internet. The OPM probe was installed in the branch office which goes to internet by proxy, but the proxy is setup without credential. This is the reason I cannot pass the installation process without username and password fill in during proxy setup in OPM probe installation. Is there any way I can setup with the proxy without credential in my case， because i cannot change the proxy server setup in my network.

how to contorl probe to access central?

Custom scripts cannot run
I am using Opmanager build 9101, and tried to run a built-in custom script (script names "File Size") on a Linux CentOS5 server, and got error: Exit code: 4, Message File Size:Unable to connect: Connection refused: connect. I tested server SSH credential (by clicking on password link) and it was OK. Many ideas were tested but still not work. Please help me, thanks very much.

URL Response time graph widget - Can it be done?
Hi I'm trying to setup a dashboard showing various website response time graphs on it, so that we can compare amongst different sites. I cant find a widget that will show response time graphs for a URL though. The closest I can get is "Last n hours response time" under availability & response, but that doesn't show any info if I choose a URL as the device. (they work fine if I choose a typical network device or similar) I'm using Opmanager 11600. Cheers Dave

SQL Row Count Script

Ideally, I would like to run a "Count" using the same logic. Unfortunately, using "select count (*) From xxxx" is giving me an script error in OpManager even though running the SQLCMD from the OpManager server command

Edit NOC View Business View
In the NOC View there is a sample Business View Map. When you hover over it the text shows that you can change it by clicking the edit button. There is NO Edit button! Where do you change this? "To change this image create a Business View and select it from the edit option above"

VMware datastore free space monitoring
Hi, is there a way to monitor the percentage of free space on vmware datastores? I am able to setup thresholds on number of MB, which has to be calculated for each datastore, of which there are many, and different sizes. so is pretty impractical to be doing this for each datastore. Thanks

Chat Feature does not work
Can someone assist me? I have enabled chat on OpManager and it does not appear to work... at all. I send chat messages to users logged on to OpManager. They see nothing when I send messages and I don't see messages they send.
Custom Performance Monitor
hi, I have a few AIX systems which i would like to monitor by type of server. As an example, i have app servers, web servers, db servers etc. When i use the default SNMP Host-Resources Monitors MIB, i am able to retrieve the storage values but the names are in the form /dev/hd1, /dev/hd2 etc. So i imported and am using the AIX mibs to retrieve meaningful names like /home/ or /mnt. IPAM, WMI, and Service Desk Plus Asset Integration.
I had a question regarding OpManager's IPAM module and it's ability to utilize WMI during subnet scans to find hardware information. It's an option when re-scanning a network however I'm not seeing the data under the IP after the can. Also, OpManager and Service Desk Plus are supposed to integrate their Asset information. I have both setup, have run scans on SDP with WMI successfully and have enabled the asset integration between the two applications but... OpManger still does not show any of that
