Mobile Device Management Deployment
We want to integrate MDM with Aruba Controller where all the Mobile Devices are bonded through MAC address, we just add Mobile Devices through its MAC Address on WLAN Controller, although we have LDAP and Captive Portal Option available but we want to integrate with MAC table which is created in WLAN Controller. Need a solution to manage all devices through MDM, please help me out to find the solution.

Hello, I have Desktop Central Server version 9.0.1.81 and MDM SAFE Agent 9.1.48.S installed on android phones. Phones in same group with same policy are not applying the restrictions in all devices, only in some devices. Can you help me please? Thanks

Protect Configuration Profiles
Hello Team, I am not able to protect configuration profiles. I am running Build No:91085. I can not finde this option: "Allow Users to Remove Profile" "You can choose whether to all ow users to delete this profile or not. User Administration Issue
I created local account, "name" and typed in the wrong email address to make the account. To fix this, I deleted the account and recreated it with the correct email. The problem I have is when I go to enroll a device with the username "name" it puts in the old email address that doesn't exist in the account anymore. How can I fix this?
Configuration of MDM and Apple Configurator 2
I have read through everything I can find on your site as well as the KB through ManageEngine and I can not get apple configurator 2 to work with your MDM. The instructions seem to not mesh with the apple configurator 2. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Running build 91085.

Native app is not showing in App inventory or Repository
Hi, The MDM is not inventory the default apps like SMS, Voice calls, Browser etc., from Samsung mobile. So, it is not showing in the App inventory or in the App repository. Because of this we cant able to allow the SMS, Voice in the Kiosk mode. Is there any other method to allow SMS, Voice in kiosk mode.

dear all, we are currently managing our mobiles through bes 10 server installed in our local offices and we are thinking about implementing another solution based on ME MDM. The problem is the configuration of the Exchange server mailbox becouse due to security restrictions it is not posible to open the incoming 443 port to our lan. is there any other way of configuring it? Hi, Can you please advise what is the default Revoke Administration Password password . I am using Mobile Debvice Manager Plus. Will the desktop URL work on Mobile devices ?
I wanted to know if the URL that I am using for ServiceDesk on my desktop will work in a tablet or an android phone if I just type the URL in a browser? I tried, however I only get an option of viewing my requests and adding work logs. Other options are not present. Am I doing something wrong or is this not possible ?

Is there a way to install the ME MDM app without an Apple ID? I understand that I can install other apps without an Apple ID through the VPP program, but I cannot figure out how to get the MDM app installed without having to use an Apple ID. I even go the ME MDM app through the VPP but still comes up as an App Store App. Thanks

Group Assignment when Enrolling Devices with the Apple Configurator Profile
Hi, I've been enrolling devices (iPads on iOS 9.3.2) using the Apple Configurator Profile downloaded from the Enrollment page. The enrollment works fine, the problem is that I can't assign the devices to a group of my choice. They all go to the iOS Corporate Default group. Is it possible to move devices across groups? MDM to Deploy apps to Apple Devices - Seems to require an Itunes account on the device?
Hi, I have MDM setup to talk to the apple app store and a VPP token installed. I can assign Apps to a device and it will appear in the ME App catalog to install but when you goto install it, the device will then tell you no iTunes account exists on the device. If I add a generic iTunes account to the device then it will let me install the apps via the ME app. But surely the whole purpose of doing it this way is not to require an iTunes account on every device? Or am I misunderstanding how it works?
