Firewall Analyzer take long time to show VPN report
Dear Concerns, I am using Firewall Analyzer 7.2 and since last few days i am observing that i VPN Reports showing long time to show (approx 15-30 minutes) and then take around 30 minutes when i try to export these reports. Please advise to resolve this issue. Regards, Arshad
SNMPv3 - "Authentication failure, bad community string"
I have just upgraded to Netflow Analyzer 12.3 after running the reinitializeDB.bat from 12.2 and am having trouble getting my device and interface names populated in the database again via SNMP v3. These devices are primarily Cisco routers and I am getting "Authentication failure, bad community string" from my debugs when NFA attempts to retrieve the router and interface names. I have verified the credentials I've input are correct by using a 3rd-party SnmpWalk tool from the same server running NFA.
Uninstall that instance and then install the current version.
Hi, I'm having a error message here when i install back the manageengine firewall analyzer, It says "an earlier version of firewall is already installed on this system. Uninstall that instance and then install the current version." I already uninstalled all the program files and no any files in add and remove programs. Please gimmi a solution for this. Thanks. :)
Problem to cinfigure Firewall Analyzer v 12.2 how service to begin server linux
Hello Guys donwload the version 12.2 to evaluate it, I am installing the software at linux server. Teh installation was easy, but I try to configure how service in that server and search information about and I found this articule https://www.manageengine.com/products/firewall/help/installation/start-firewall-analyzer.html but the instrucctions are incorrect for the version 12.2 Some body help me eith the correct instructions about it?? Licence expired - New licence purchased but service fails so cannot apply
Firewall analyzer has been down for some time but I have just spotted it due to needing to renew the licence. The drive the application is on had filled up but has now been extended. Running OPM 12 with 12000_APIClientFix_Apr15th applied. When I try to add my Palo Alto Networks PA-200 to FWA following the manual, no logs appear. Problems with to start program
Hello we have firewall analyzer installed a linux server (red hat enterprice 6). Now we have a evaluate product (29 days) but we will think to buy it. The installation was corrrect but we can not access to application by web access. When we run the bash file, the message give us. syslog ports not in use - no logging
hello, i just installed FWA 8.1 64bit on a Debian Wheezy VMWare. but i can't get syslog up: webinterface shows syslog ports are ok (already re-added them) but the ports wont show up in netstat. tcpdump show the firewall is sending udp packets on 1514. firewall: cisco asa - sending via netflow any hints? did i miss something? thanks in advance

Problem with space in a volume with Firewall analyzer 7 on linux
Hello guys, I have a problem with the space of my volume, I check and I locate the source of the problem and found that it is a file called ibdata1, this file is very big (180 GB), I search information about it and that inforamtion tell that the file is related to the process of MySql. As you can see below we have 13 mailbox stores, but only 8 of them displayed on mailbox stores growth. Need your advice

Hi After my installation of FirewallAnalyzer on a RHEL 6.4 x64 (Santiago), I'm unable to start the application. Log files indicate a SEVERE error at the start when running runStandAlone.sh: Aug 27, 2013 2:44:06 PM com.zoho.framework.utils.crypto.EnDecryptImpl decrypt SEVERE: Encryption failed Further errors indicate it could not connect to the DB. Problem to debug files databases
Hello to all, Now We have with the version 7 (7001) of Firewall Analyzer, In general the operation of the application is good only but We have a downside, In the application we configure in the section Data Storage Options that Database and log archive were 2 months but when We review the folder /../ManageEngine/Firewall/mysql/data/firewall, we detect files of more 3 moths ago, mainly ipd files. I once wanted to delete these files manually or by an application to connect to the database manager.
IPTables firewall host does not dislpay on dashboard
Dear Sr., For now I am testing trail version of the Firewall Analyzer 7.5 as stand-alone server. I configured Cisco ASA 5520 and Linux iptables host with shorewall iptables rule generation egine to send logs to the Firewall Analyzer. When I looked at the Firewall Analyzer dashboard, I saw only my CiscoASA but no linux host. Problem With FWAnalyzer
Hey guys, I have installed the firewall anlyzer 7, everything was working fine until the day yesterday, we found that the hard drive partition where the program is mounting procedures and had no storage capacity. Debugging information from that disk to free space. It left about 8 GB free, but still not after starting the Firewall Analyzer program. Reboot the server and processes, but still does not work, and even try to repair your tables through batch file "RepairTable.bat." Reviewing the file serverout.txt

Trialing Software... I like it so far but one major issue.
Hi, I've downloaded the 30 days trial and so far I like the software. It is quite nice. However my "intranet" reports don't seem to be reporting what I would expect. I have an ASA runn 8.0 code. I am sending my syslog traffic from the inside interface. I have configured my intranet settings as Networks : Net :192.168.0.0 Mask :255.255.0.0 I set this a few hours after the firewall started sending logs, however this was a few days ago. Looking at the Intranet logs from today only Top Internal Hosts
Event Summary Reports in Cisco ASA
I have problem with Event Summary Reports and Cisco ASA. I see in „Event Summary” table "Information" severity with about 2000 events, but when I click on "Information" link and any ip address I see „No Data Found”. I don't have this problem with "Error" or "Warning" severity (I can see normal syslog informations). What is wrong ?

Empty Usage Reports
I am using Firewall Analyzer with Checkpoint. My usage reports are blank for telnet and FTP. I am passing traffic with those protocols and the information is not showing in the reports.
