Hi, A user is attempting to log a request but the name field in the requester details won't accept any value, be it her name or otherwise. Any help? Thank you Thomas

Insert/Modify Image into Solution
Hi, I'm trying to insert some images in a Solution, but I think I've found a bug: SupportCenter Plus allows me to include only one image at time. After I insert a image and click again in the Insert/Modify Image button, nothing happens. Then, I have to save the Solution, edit again and insert the other image. Can I made myself clear? hello: we visit SDP 7020， OpManager 7105, in windows xp , IE6 , and sometimes when after we created a new request, in SDP,the username at up right corner became "unknown", then we cannot use SDP normally and had to relogin. SDP is running on a clean old server, Windows Server 2003 system, OpManager is also running on it. Search Solution
Hi, I found a bug when I try to search a solution in the Resolution page: after I type something and click on Search button, the results appears in the filter bellow the search, but when I click in a subject, nothing happens and I can't see this solution. I only can select and copy to resolution, but without know what's write. Can you please check this? Thanks, Marcelo Romera

Attention Alerts not clearing!!!
Hi , We are experiencing an issue where a number of devices have attention alerts on them, i have checked the alarm log and there are no alarms for these devices, everything looks clear , the only place i see then referenced is in the Devices to watch tab, how can i get these alerts cleared, i have rebooted opmanager and also Updated status on the device page. Very anoying as people think there is an issue on the device when there is not. Help

Asset Scanning - Linux/SSH
I am trying to use the Asset portion of ServiceDesk Plus to collect inventory from some linux systems. I have tried adding a system through the Asset section and through Admin->Asset Management->Network Scan In both cases I indicate the IP address and that SSH should be used. The scan window pops up and after a few minutes it fails saying that the "Connection to RPC server in the workstation failed" which looks to me like it's trying to treat it as a Windows system even though I specified SSH.
Page Refresh Bug
Hi, I have noticed something that could be classed as a bug. If I go to a service desk ticket, and click the reply button, a new window is opened to allow me to write the message. This message is a long one and I will be keeping the new message wnidow opened for sometime. In the meantime I would like to use the main service desk browser window to open other tickets, etc. This is not possible however as the new message window seems to continuously refresh the main browser window every minute or so.
Departments not appearing in dropdown
In the user creation template setup the dropdown for department is not populating, anyone have any suggestions for correcting this?
