Hi ,

We are experiencing an issue where a number of devices have attention alerts on them, i have checked the alarm log  and there are no alarms for these devices, everything looks clear , the only place i see then referenced is in the Devices to watch tab, how can i get these alerts cleared, i have rebooted opmanager and also Updated status on the device page.

Very anoying as people think there is an issue on the device when there is not.
