SMS cut after 125 signs
Hi! I've updated OpManager to the newest HotFix 8722. Since the point of installation all SMS are cut after 125 signs and a second SMS containing the rest of the signs of the alarm is sent. Is this a known bug? Isn't it a bug and does exist a new setting in the Administration which I don't know? Hope for fast help. Kind regards, Mok
SysEvtCol does not start
When start service "ManageEngine Eventlog Analyzer 7.0" on WINDOWS 2008 R2, SysEvtCol start and stop returning the subsequent error inside file eventlog.out Connecting to driver failed Error in opening DB Connection 2 If you start the application from Menù (run.bat), all seem to work except that events are never written on DB. I am just learning OpManager 9101 evaluation 32-bit version (still waiting licence) under Linux 2.6.32-220.13.1.el6.i686, when I am clicking on "layer 2 topology map" tab under "maps" or "network", only a page displaying "error" is coming up. All, Is there a way, how to monitor SMS queue on OpManager ? We have some troubes with Cell Operator and sometimes GSM modem is not working. I would like to see an email notification if SMS queue is more than 5 messages during 20 minutes.

i used the ADAudit plus in my windows server 2008 R2 with 1 gb memory. Audit starts like service one time, and after ~15 hours of work process - java.exe used 150mb memory, process mysql-nd used nearly 100mb. What's a problem? I think it's not normally. And after all when ADAudit service is working, my CPU usage is 99%. Help me!
Close Request link not working in SD 8.1
After upgrading to 8.1 the Close Request link does not work properly. The user gets tranferred to a page that displayes "The request cannot be viewed" when clicking the link.

All, Having just finished installation of product 7.9 build 7908, we are having a problem whereby, the Contact Name is the source of the request but the email address on the same line is that of the previous requester i.e. the person who sent the earlier request. This is confusing. Our installation is for evaluation purposes with intent to purchase. Please advise what we could be missing. Virtualization dashboard usage rounding
Hi, on the virtualization dashboard "Usage (%)" are not roundend with a fixed number of digits. Sometime this results in very long number displayed, like 78,9999999999999999999995%. We have the dashboard on show on the big screens and got quite a few of complaints about it by the higher up management. It seems like a trivial mistake to fix. Email in Requests
After the last update (Version : 7.9.0 Build Number : 7908), the email which appears regarding the person who created the ticket, is beeing incorrectly displayed. The highlited item, the Account is: Municipio de Oliveira de Frades, and the email is incorrect. However, if we open the request, everything is ok.
Auto Logon RDP version 6.5.0.3
When I try to use RDP auto logon in the newest version of PMP the browser (internet explorer or firefox) will open a new browser, and point to the rdp session address such as https://servername:7272/state_id/sessionid/rdp.ma but it will not open. It will act like it is going to open but then go nowhere. Are there any add-ons or settings i need to configure in the browser for this to work?

Changes - start time incorrect after Daylight savingstime
Version of SDplus 8.0.0 Build 8012 We noticed today that after the daylight savingstime change this weekend that all changes that was created during the winter time, the scheduled start time was changed with +1 hour. If the time was set to 9:00 am its now at 10:00 am. The time for the start of the change shouldn't change just because we moved the time +1 hour. Most likely its the same for Scheduled end time but im not sure there.
Preventive Maintenance not working on 8027
We upgraded SDP from 8026 to 8027 and Preventive Maintenance stopped working. They tickets are not being created. I've tried existing PM task and creating a new PM task. Does anyone have any ideas of what to look at?
Wrong behaviour (netflow analyzer)
Hi, We deployed netflow analyzer professional plus and configured cisco ASA and AT swicth to send statistics to it. But I noticed it displays wrong statistics. Here's example: There's a session from internal ip address(10.129.33.124) to external IP address(62.141.94.38). First screenshot(asa_in) show the statistics of internal interface of inbound traffic. As you can see it's 529 MB. Second screenshot(asa_out) - shows outbound traffic from internal asa interface. As you can see there's no traffic with source ip address 62.141.94.38.

Vulnerability DB Update Fails
I am currently having issues with the vulnerability database on my server not updating. It says that the last successful update was on March 13, and it has failed on every attempt since then. This happens both with the scheduled update and a manual update. If I click on the "Failure" link to get more detail, it just says "Failed to Update the Vulnerability DataBase on 2012-04-26 10:00:00". Is there a log somewhere that will give me more information to try troubleshooting this problem?

I am currently using a Desktop Central configuration from a patch to 80014. I am attempting to update to install hotfix 80022. server tray icon not found
After I have Tech support to migrate my server from one computer to another computer. It just copy all files of DesktopCentral server folder to another computer. He start the service. It is working, but the tray icon for the server process was not found. I remember, if I install the program by set up process. It will create the tray icon for me. Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 showing as Compliance Type : Under Licensed but listed under overlicensed area
We are in the middle of some upgrades and I happened to notice this. Not sure if this is a bug or something misconfigured on my side. I had a vista and server key I had to add that were both showing as under licensed on the pie chart that turned green once i updated the info. For some reason though, the office line wants to list as compliant when it is not.
