Changes - start time incorrect after Daylight savingstime

We noticed today that after the daylight savingstime change this weekend that all changes that was created during the winter time, the scheduled start time was changed with +1 hour. If the time was set to 9:00 am its now at 10:00 am.
The time for the start of the change shouldn't change just because we moved the time +1 hour. Most likely its the same for Scheduled end time but im not sure there.
