Exchange Reporter Plus - Message Age
Is it possible (with Exchange Reporter Plus) to run a report and show message age for each user's mailbox on Exchange 2003? It would be nice if I could generate a report to show messages up to 7 days old, 7-30, 30-60, 60-90, 90+ for each user's mailbox (or something like that). Is that doable with Exchange Reporter Plus? Hi, I have just installed the eval for Exchange Reporter and in the process of setting things up I find that I require a mailbox which is in the global address list and is a view only administrator or Exchange administrator. Can you please tel me why this is required, surely a view only administrator without a mailbox or global directory presence would be perfectly adequate. Thanks in advance. Geoff.

ER Plus v4.6 Build 4610: MS Outlook Error
ER Plus is installed on a Windows 7, 64-bit machine that already had Outlook 2007 installed. I got the error about Outlook when I tried to run Mailbox Size reports. So, I removed Outlook, including any updates for Outlook. I rebooted the machine, but I'm still getting the error stating that Outlook is installed. Please advise. I'll re-install ER Plus if I have to but, if I would prefer to fix the issue without a re-install. Thanks. Screen shot attached... --Aaron

I still can't get this to work ...I'm using the admin account in organization settings, have the MAPI installed, shut down and restarted exchange reporter ...still no luck. all other aspects of the program seem to work, just not mailbox reports. Public Folder Replica Report
When I run a replica report i'm seeing for some public folders 6 servers lists. But when I use the exfolder for 2010 or pfdavadmin for 2003 and goto those servers only 2 replica's Any idea's why it's showing this discrepancy. How can I removed duplicate emails (Carbon Copy) from emails sent reports?
I'm trying to compile a report of all outgoing emails through my Exchange Server. When I generate the emails sent report, however, it's counting all the receipts that were CC'd on the email as separate emails. Is there a way to count them all as a single email?

Sent Traffic & Received Traffic for Users - can't lookup user
We've just upgraded to the latest ERP build (and latest SP is also installed) which provides the two new reports, Sent Traffic for Users and Received Traffic for Users (great idea by the way). However, the name field is greyed out on each report and when I click on the "Select" link to look up a user nothing happens. Am I missing something, or any ideas why the lookup won't work? We've just updated to the latest ERP build 4150 (installing latest SP beforehand too) then tried to use the two new reports, Sent Traffic for Users and Received Traffic for Users. On both reports we can't seem to populate with a username...the name field is greyed out and the "Select" link does nothing when attempting a lookup. Dashboard - Multiple Exchange Servers
We have two running Exchange servers: one, an older server, running Exchange Server 2003 and another running Exchange Server 2007 SP1. Both servers are correctly being reported on bye Exchange Reporter Plus. On the dashboard ("Home - Server Storage Usage" widget) only the old server is displayed. Is there anyway to configure the widget to display both Exchange servers? If not, is there any way to have the widget display the new Exchange server rather than the old one?

Count of sent emails seems off
I checked my sent emails folder and it shows I sent 32 emails on Friday, however, when I run the report on Exchange Reporter Plus, it shows 29. What exactly does it count? Attached is the a picture of the Exchange Reporter Plus report count and then a list of emails I sent (minus any sensitive information) that shows 32 records.
