Show Name of Software Patches being installed
I wanna let Users know what kind of patches are ready to install, currently the Agent only mentions "Updates available" without being able to see what kind of applications are being Updated. How can i show the list of patches?
Feature Pack Deployment Failing
I followed the instructions for Feature Pack Deployment and the deployment is failing with "Unable to download dependency patch (104980) from the server." The ISO's are named as listed in the instructions and are in the correct folder on the server. We are currently on build 149 Thanks

Hello, we have a Windows 7 computer with 32bit installation. DC now says that it can not be upgraded to a Windows 10 with 64bit technology. Is that possible anyway?
Office 365 Update fails to install
Update for Office 365 Deferred Channel Version 1705 (Build 8201.2200) -(x86) has failed to install on the majority of our computers. It states under remarks "The system cannot find the file specified." Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks! -Matt

Microsoft Surface Pro 4
Are there plans to support the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 in DC? Currently you are unable to update firmware/hardware updates from WSUS but can from Microsoft Update. As we don't let our users update from Microsoft Update, we don't get the firmware updates we require. Are we able to download these via Desktop Central?
DC user creating issue when enable SDP technician access to DC
Hi. I'am testing integration between SDP 9.3 and DC 10.0. Integration was configured using the guide. When I create technician in SDP and enable access to DC and MDM for him, a user with empty username is created in the DC. Domain name is filled, but User name is grayed out. This technician can log in to SDP and have access to DC from SDP, but can't log in to DC without SDP.

Manage desktop central console over WAN, secure gateway configured
Hi all, We just purchased Desktop Central to replace SCCM, third party software patching system and our bomgar account. I successfully have DC agents and MDM agents communication from internet through secure gateway to or DC server. How do I make it so my IT team can use the DC Console to manage desktops? I also would like them to be able to use the Android/iOS app. When I try to access the console from a remote connection, it hits the sender however we just get a white screen in the browser.
Windows 10 Feature specific deployments
Hi, I have a deployment that I only want to deploy to Windows 10 1803. There isn't an OS option for the different Windows 10 feature updates so I was thinking of a dynamic custom group but I don't get an option for that either. How could I deploy to only one feature update release?

Self Serve Portal stops working with removal of SMB1 protocal on Windows 10
After all of the WannaCry action over the summer - today I finally got around to removing the SMB1 protocal from several WIndows 10 ENT workstations. It tried it first on a few test VMs and did not see any impact. However - when I tried this on a real workstation on the floor running Windows 10 1607 - I immediately noticed that the Self Serve Portal started kicked out some odd ball errors. Using one domain service account for multiple domains
Hello, I am setting up DC in our environment for the first time. I have used it before at my previous company but on a single domain. My current environment has 4 separate domains and I was wondering if there was a way for me to add domains via one service account thats on the top level of the forest? When adding credentials in SoM is specifically states not to prefix the username with a domain. Any help would be appreciated.

We finally upgraded to the new APD model. We upgraded from .190 to .239. What i am trying to understand is what am i looking at and the methodology in place so that i can track success, failures and how the process is developing during the actual deployment windows. This is a test job I set up. I set it up yesterday (Aug 5th). Desktop Central Wont start
After installing windows update KB4338822 on the desktop central server, the application will no longer start. Anyone else having this problem or have a resolution? EDIT: so it seems as though i can still access desktop centrals site, its just that the icon is no longer in the systray on the server and will not open when clicking the shortcut.

Fix for Desktop Central server port in use issue

Server will not start
Performed update to Desktop Central following the instructions (updated to 10_0_0_SP-258). Was warned that it could not continue because services were still running. I had stopped the services, but decided to close the install and figured I would try again later. Tried to start Desktop Central. It will not start. It either starts, then stops. Device Configurations being redeployed
Senario: A device has a number of configurations deployed to it for icons, software etc. The device has an issue and is rebuilt. Once rebult the configurations that are still active don't deploy again on the freshly rebuilt device. Current Workaround: Remove the device from Desktop Central and add it in again. Does anyone have any other way of clearing the status's of a device without having to remove it and re-add it to Desktop Central?
Windows 10 Feature deployment via Self Service Portal
I'm attempting to configure Windows 10 1803 deployment to previous releases of Windows 10 via the Self Service Portal. I'm using the following command as a software deployment "\\DNSDomainName.local\DC Repository\Microsoft\Windows\10\1803\x64\Setup.exe" /ReflectDrivers "%programfiles%\McAfee\Endpoint Encryption\OSUpgrade" /auto upgrade /DynamicUpdate disable This command works fine manually but not via the Self Service Portal.
