If possible if would be great if you could get a report of an MDM device's mobile data usage. Similar to what you can see in the data usage screen under a devices settings if you physically have the device.

MDM: Conditional Access / PKI Integration / SAML
We are using Airwatch MDM for our customers because we are missing some major features in DC MDM: 1) PKI Integration for certificates (SCEP) 2) SAML Integration so end user can authenticate with their AD or Office 365 account 3) Conditional Access for Office 365 (I saw that you have published the latest version with conditional Access for Exchange on premise) 4) SMS enrollment Do you have such feature on the roadmap? On the MDM Location Data screen highlight if the device has not signed it's location in a long time
Hi, The new Location Data view you recently added to MDM is great however it would be great if devices that that had not synced their location in a long period of time were highlighted. For example in the screenshot below I have two Apple devices, one last shared its location 2 mins ago and the over was over 30 days ago. You can click on them to get the data but something like changing the background colour of the icon would be good. Thanks
MDM and Active Directory user password changes = Sync!
I recently spoke with a representative from ManageEngine and asked him if they were developing - or had plans in the roadmap to develop the ability for Desktop Central MDM to automatically push out password changes from ActiveDirectory down to the phones. Blackberry has had this ability for years using their BES server software. I was very surprised to hear that they had no such plans and also that not many customers have ever brought up the question. MDM why can't I search "groups & devices" by S/N & IMEI?
It seems strange that under Inventory>Devices I can lookup devices by serial number and IMEI but I cannot do any changes in regards to the profile or group that the device is in. I can scan it, reset passwords etc but not change groups. When I try to find the same device under Manage>Groups & Devices to assign or change a grouping/profile then I do not have the option to search for device by S/N or IMEI (unique identifiers) Why is this? Hi team I've create a profile to manage the Exchange ActiveSync mail configuration but when tired to deploy it, I received Execution Status = Succeeded and Remarks = The following is/are not applicable: ActiveSync So on my tablet the mail configuration is not created. MDM - Force Device Enrollment
Hello, Our company is a current customer utilizing Desktop Central and the MDM solution. Many of the options provided are great for managing the devices. We have one feature that we would like to see, however. Due to the current method of device enrollment (via email) the only devices that we are aware of connecting to our corporate resources are those the IT staff handles and distributes. An Apple push service proxy
I'll throw this one out there just to see if it is feasible. In order to save having all the problems of firewalls etc is there a possibility that one could use port 443 (or whatever port is being used to access DC) to a remotely hosted proxy which would translate the push notification to port 2195 outside of our network. I'm sure this would help a lot of people whose IT departments don't like opening up lots of holes in their security If it is possible, could ManageEngine host such a service?

External IP address change for server
We have changed our ISP and as a result our external IP address has changed. I have changed the address in the NAT settings but there appears to be no way to change it on the Agent on the phones. I am unable to uninstall the app from a Droid Maxx. It tells mee i must deactivate the app because it is a device administrator but I don't see anyway to do that. It appears that the only option is to wipe the phone back to factory defaults. Help Mike
Device online and Wipe
Hi here my ideas for MDM: - In the Devices windows have an icon that show you what device is currently online and offline - I tried remotely wipe and I noticed that If the device is offline,the wipe return a timeout error. Is it possible to add the feature that when I run a wipe and the device is offline the wipe remains in pending until the devices comes up?

Get device location
It would be very useful for us if we could interrogate the device to get its current location/last known location - if it could then show it on a google map then even better, alternatively an api call to interrogate and return lat/long so we could then plot on goggle map. This would help locate lost/stolen phones
prohibit all apps except white listed
To be able to set a profile where all apps are prohibited except for the whitelisted ones. This would be much easier to administer than having to go through all discovered apps and blacklist the ones not permitted on corporate devices.

MDM local communication with tablet or phone
Hi, If I have android tablets which are always located on the corporate network how can I set them to communicate directly with the local desktop central installation without going to internet since they are connected to the same desktop central lan. Is there a way, cause those I don't want to let them connect to internet. Or what ports (if the above is not applicable) are needed to open on the firewall to communicate with desktop central server other than 8383 because I opened this port only but
Self Enrollment for MDM
When is it projected for there to be the option of self enrollment? We are wanting to utilize the MDM portion of Desktop Central in our NAC deployment but without the ability for the user to self enroll it is difficult to do so.
