External IP address change for server
We have changed our ISP and as a result our external IP address has changed. I have changed the address in the NAT settings but there appears to be no way to change it on the Agent on the phones. I am unable to uninstall the app from a Droid Maxx. It tells mee i must deactivate the app because it is a device administrator but I don't see anyway to do that. It appears that the only option is to wipe the phone back to factory defaults.
