We could see multiple duplicate entries in our Manage engine desktop central console
We have performed the desktop central server upgrade recently. After which we started seeing many duplicate entries showing up in our desktop central server console with same host name, ip address and mac address. Kindly assist us on how to fix this

Hi, The ManageEngine agent is not longer being added to newly imaged machines after the latest update. The agent used to get install automatically. I have tried rebooting the server, to no avail.

Hi, we recently upgraded our on premise ServiceDesk Plus installation to version 11301. When trying to enable Desktop Central integration we get the error. "Aw, snap! No internet on the server machine." We do have an internet connection on our server.

Anyone else unable to deploy a registry entry with curly brackets?
I'm trying to deploy a registry configuration to my workstations, but if the value I'm trying to deploy has curly brackets { }, the page just hangs and doesn't submit. If I remove the curly brackets and leave everything else the same, the configuration is created just fine. This is a problem of course because I need the curly brackets. Running Script during subsequent startup is not working correctly
If we want to deploy a CustomScript (Computer) during next startup of clients, (subsequent startup {for the next [ 1 ] times}, this works on a subset of the selected clients only. Some clients don't get the script. Using [deploy once] does the job on all clients. Has somebody same experience and solution of the problem? Regards Rainer

Mouse-Problem with Secure USB Configuration - Desktop-Central 10.0.321
After installing Build 10.0.321 the USB-Secure Configuration block USB-Mouse. No configuration changes were made since the last month. The configuration for the mouse is on unblocking. The mouse does`'t work. If I set all types to unblock the mouse is working. Does anybody have the same Problem.
Desktop Central service wont start
Hi I have just installed Desktop central 10 on windows 10 and everything was working fine after install. After restarting the computer, I received a reminder that the service was stopped. Not sure why this, I would be grateful if someone could lend me a hand.
Device Configurations being redeployed
Senario: A device has a number of configurations deployed to it for icons, software etc. The device has an issue and is rebuilt. Once rebult the configurations that are still active don't deploy again on the freshly rebuilt device. Current Workaround: Remove the device from Desktop Central and add it in again. Does anyone have any other way of clearing the status's of a device without having to remove it and re-add it to Desktop Central?
Desktop central server 10.0.0.218 failed during upgrade to 10.0.0.236
Dear Team, We are using desktop central 10.0.0.218 and wanted to upgrade to 10.0.0.236. During the upgrade process the server got rebooting due to other application and now the desktop central server service is not getting started. And even not allowing me to upgrade again. Please help me to fix it

I receive several messages for multiple computers that Shared Printer Addition Fails : The data is invalid. It would be nice to know what printer is failing. I tried to open a support ticket but, desktop central is not listed as a product in the ticketing system. Most of the computers should have the printers install all ready if that helps you narrow down the issue. 10.0.189.
Our WAN Circuit changed along with public IP - Can't figure out where to change WAN IP setting
We changed our WAN provider, and the IP address on our WAN circuit has changed. DesktopCentral is still looking for the old WAN IP address, even though I have updated our FQDN for the server on public DNS. The 'DC Server Sec IP Address' setting is coming up incorrect in the troubleshooter. Does anyone know where this can be changed to point to our new correct WAN IP?

I have pushed agent installation task from the DC admin console & it is failed. as DC admin we used normal domain account. After that i have added that account to the target machine (agent install machine) administrator group. then installation was successful.
Build 80339 - Configuration save with failed targets not working
Since this update, I create a Configuration for e.g. a Software Deployment and then run it. If I then save as a new Configuration with failed targets, it doesn't populate the selected target area
