Remote control issues on Cloud hosted version
Hi, Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but it seems regardless of network, location and av enabled or not, we have been having a lot of intermittent issues with remote control, more often than not sessions wont initialize and just error out. Other times
remote control not working sometimes - random
We are on 10.1.2138.11. this problem seemed to start when we upgraded to this version. on some random PCs we can't control the screen but on those same systems we CAN do other remote management (services,command prompt, etc). doesn't matter which
device is up and pinging but is reported as down
i have a device that is pinging successfully and is up however i am unable to access the same in desktop central as it shows that it is down.
Desktop Central HTML 5 Viewer
Myself and a few of my coworkers are having remote control problems with the HTML5 Viewer. We have had to remote numerous times to the same machine. The viewer will not connect and displays message "Agent not Reachable" or it will go back to status of "disconnected". I have tried rebooting the client machines and the server. Neither worked, and we are still experiencing the problem. Some machines after trying to connect 7 or 8 times it will finally connect but then after a minute or 2 the session
Remote Control Error: Remote Control Port is not reachable from the client computer.
Good Morning, When trying to access a few computers with the remote control over the WAN, I am receiving error message:Remote Control Port is not reachable from the client computer. I checked on some of the older posts but didn't see anything pertaining to my specific error. Is there a solution to fix this problem? Thank You, Ed
Remote Control Vmware Vmware VDI
Hi , i found a similar topic about my problem: http://forums.manageengine.com/topic/cannot-remote-control-a-virtual-machine-on-vmware-vdi-to-view-user-s-desktop Do we have any update? The problem is that i have connection(either RDP or PCoIP ) but ,not the same session of the user but a new one .If i try to log on, the user will be disconnected. Is there any enhancement about the issue? Kind regards
