JRE already installed, yet ManageEngine want to install
I am using Debian Linux and have the Sun JRE installed already on my system. Yet when I go to install ManageEngine demo it wants to install its own Java environment: sudo ./ManageEngine_ApplicationsManager.bin Searching for Java(tm) Virtual Machine... . Preparing Java(tm) Virtual Machine... It appears that is is correctly detecting my installed instance of JAVA and hence wants to install its own. How can I tell it not to install Java and to use my already installed version?

Dear Support, When i want to add a "script monitor" onto a remote machine i only have 2 choices: Telnet & SSH. Is it possible to add for example the WMI option? Dear Support, As you can see in the attached printscreen we have integrated Op & AppManager on our test enviroment. Everything works well except the Availability status of my network devices & esx servers. I have attached a printscreen that clearly shows the problem. Could you please advise me what to do? Error Adding AIX server
I wanna add an AIX server to applications manager. If i give the wrong password, the applications correctly give me an error, but if i give all the parameters correct, the application hangs, and never returns and doesn't add to database. This error is only in one IP specifically, if i add another ip address, this one added without problems. Thanks in advance
Downtime Scheduler Issue
Hi, We have downtime set for a server from 11pm to 5am. Last night and on other occasions the server was down from 1am until 5.05am. The server reported availability down for 4hrs 5 minutes. For my availability reporting I only want to see 5 minutes downtime. How can I achieve this? thanks, Lerwick

Now I want to be able to access the system from an external site. However, I do not wish to allow direct access from internet to a webserver on the LAN, we use a reverse proxy on DMZ for theese purposes. Can Not get Monitor to Attach to WebSphere MQ
We have followed the directions about loading the JAR files from the MQ libraries into AppManage and have even fully rebooted the server. Whenever we try and create a WebSphere MQ monitor we still get the error message about the JAR files needing to be loaded. Upgrading to 8.6 from build 7300

I don't want to give users admin access to Schedule Downtime and perhaps I have overlooked this option anywhere: How is it possible to allow certain users/operators to add/schedule downtime? Or - how can I create an administrator account with restricted privileges.
