DB2 database monitoring - how to manage multiple databases under one instance (one port #)
So far I am only able to add one database to monitor per port number (what DB2 DBAs call the instance). ManageEngine will only allow one database per port number to be monitored. Is there any way to monitor more than one database under a shared port number? DB2 can allow many databases to operate under one port/listener/instance. Thanks much. Jeffrey Benner

Hi, I am trying to add a new windows monitor for a Windows 2012 server using WMI, but even providing all the details and after a successful authentication the monitor does not get created. Error: 1008 Failed Discovery failed for the configured resource.Refer our troubleshooting section for more details. Diagnose the Problem? I am able to ping the server and the user account does have a administrator privileges. But still failing to add a windows monitor. Please help.

MS Cluster - Available Storage Critical
Hello to Everyone We are using App Manager to monitor our Microsof 2012 Cluster. Don`t know why but every time I am getting error Health of MS Cluster is critical. Managed Server failover and resilience
Hi, What is the current approach to provide resilience to Managed Servers? We have 2 physical sites and i would like to have a Managed server at each that provide monitoring of the same components. If one was to go down then the other would take over and continue monitoring. I have read, and attempted to implement 'Applications Manager Failover for Higher Availability' This does not appear to provide a solution for this as when i add a monitor to one server it does not appear on the other.

Hi, I create new monitor in apps-messaging system tab. But I forgot to include this monitor to a group or to create a new one, so although it seems created but I could not find it. Problem is the monitor for email server is creating testing email every 5 minutes and I would like to remove this setting. Since I could not find the monitor that I create, i could not remove this and it keep spamming emails. How can I remove the monitor that I create if I could not find it under any group ?
Oracle monitoring dosn't show some performance
Hi, We are going to test the Application Manager to monitor Oracle databases for this we have installed application manager on a linux server and we created the required user on database and successfully add a oracle server to it , now we can see some performance report but problem is that some of other performance monitor is empty and show "No Data Available" for example we can see "Performance of the Data files" but "Tablespace Details" and "Tablespace Status" are empty and show "No Data Available"

AppManager 12600 Web Transaction Page Problem
Dear Team, We have Application Manager build 12600 installed on Windows 2012 R2 std box with following architecture. 1 Admin Server 2 Managed Server and remote MSSQL DB We have installed one JAVA APM Insight agent successfully, it is collecting data as well. But in APM Insight tab in AppManager web console, when I click on Web Transaction --> Select One Transaction --> Try to get raw data, it is giving me blank page. Application Manager Web Page problem
In my case, Application Manager Web page always can not browser on ie, chrome, firefox.... but the services was normal, like as the send alert or monitor the client servers and the service status of "Applications Manager Managed" was show to started. For solve this problem, we should restart the service - "Applications Manager Managed" or run the command - "shutdownApplicationsManager -force". Is the problem case on the memory or CPU?

Audit report for changes in AppManager
Good day I recently created several threshold profiles within AppManager and associated it to a number of RabbitMQ queues. Everything was setup fine and working. However we dropped the ball when one of the queue thresholds were met and an alert didn't go out. I checked into it and realized that the threshold profiles were no longer associated with the queues, i.e. under Thresholds and Anomalies, there was nothing listed under "Used by" next to the profiles. My question is: How do find out what happened?

Possible for script monitor to set health value for items in a table
I am creating a script monitor that outputs the health of a WAC farm and then lists each server in the farm in a table. Next to each server in the table has a health column with a gray dot. Is there any way to set the value of this health column from the output in the script file? Similar to how "script_availability" sets the health of the entire monitor. Thanks!!!
How can check the data collection
On application management, is there have a function to confirm or check the data collection is complete or not for each client servers? Have any alert setting for checking the data collection are not complete on each item on each client servers? Good day I have been struggling a bit with setting up Sharepoint monitoring in Applications Manager. I've created a monitor group and associated 4 Sharepoint monitors to it successfully - I however need to change the monitoring mode from WMI to Powershell as this is needed to monitor Sharepoint services, Timed jobs, etc. What I've done so far: 1. I've enabled PSRemoting on the Probe server as well as the 4 Sharepoint nodes 2. Made sure the listener ports are opened between devices (5985 and 5986)
