Applications Manager version 12.6 now available for download
We recently released version 12.6 of Applications Manager. Here is
a quick look at what has gone into the release:
Azure Service Bus allows applications and
services to communicate with other applications on the cloud,
on-premise, or both. You can now monitor the performance of Azure
Service bus and get performance stats of key components such as
queues, relays, topics, subscriptions, event hubs, and more.
If
you are using ServiceNow to track incidents, you can automatically
convert alarms from Applications Manager to incidents in ServiceNow.
These incidents can then be tracked in ServiceNow till their resolution.
Real Browser Monitor Enhancement
The
Real Browser monitor now detects the components
of a web page such as images, style sheets, script files, etc. and
shows the page load time for each of these components in a waterfall
model. You can use this information to optimize your website and
decrease its loading time.
Other Enhancements:
- The AS400 monitor now supports for monitoring multiple
message queues.
- The File/Directory monitor now includes an option to provide a
condition to clear a content match alert. You can now check for
the presence of specific content in the logs (eg: “Started”). If
the content matches, a clear alert will be generated and the
monitor marked as ‘Up’.
- Windows Monitoring Enhancement: Applications Manager can now
monitor Windows tasks – both system/application defined and
user-created custom tasks. It can track a task's current
status, last run time, last run result, next run time and the
number of times a task has failed since its creation. You can set
up Applications Manager to send you notifications if any task
fails to execute, if a task gets deleted and if a task’s status changes.
- Enhancement to the APM Insight .Net agent - Recycling of
Application Pools will be done on every restart of agent's
Windows service.
