Hi, After version 13420 on a number of URL monitors I get the following error message:- "SSL connection to the server failed. Reason: Peer not authenticated. This exception occurs when the connection made to server URL is not from authenticated client.(This may be due to wrong SSL version, no certificate, the particular cipher suite being used does not support authentication or no peer authentication was established during SSL handshaking) " Please can anyone help me to resolve this issue as I cannot

I have been demoing OpManager and AppManager. OpManager has a credential manager that allows to you define authentication parameters for SNMP and WMI in a central location and map those users to devices for monitoring. Cannot login to Application Manager plugin for OpManager
Hello, I cannot log to my ApplicationManager OpManager plugin page. The only enabled user seems to be the admin one. Every user we tried (local or Active Directory) is not valid. We have all the time a login page with "Invalid username and/or password." It seems that ApplicationManager plugin doesn't access to the user configuration of OpManager for all users but the admin one. How can we troubleshoot this problem?

Actions to send messages to Sprint & Verizon Phones Stopped
My actions are set-up as an "e-mail" to xxxxxxxxxx@@messaging.sprintpcs.com as well as xxxxxxxxxx@vtext.com I have never had issues, alerts would go out perfectly. But now, as of about a month ago the actions can no longer send alerts to Sprint or Verizon, it just stopped working. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have been pulling from the alert table, but after adding new monitors i discovered that this table is not updated immediately. Which tables can I get this information from?
Admins differentiation
Hi, i need to assign a group or subgroup of monitor to different user with admin privileges only on group assigned. Each admin user should have the admin role only on group assigned to him to fully operate on monitor (create,delete, modify, disable, create subgroup etc.) in assigned group, in othe group ( not assigned) he can only view like user or operator role. I need a multitenant organization because we have different team that manage different customer and different aspect of infrasctructure.
Sending alerts on the fly
It would be great when viewing an alert you could send it to an action e-mail address. For example, a none action configured alert is triggered, on viewing the alert you could click on a button and select say yourself and/or the service desk e-mail address so the alert and all it's details are e-mailed to the recipient with also possibly a free text additional notes for further investigation by the recipient . Remove or disable a service from in a services template?
Hi, is it possible to remove a service from a services template? We got a domain controller monitored via the services “Active Directory” in the ApplicationsManager, but there is one service (“File Replication Service”) which will be always red, because the service is disabled by us on the monitored server. So the health of the AD-server is always red. So is there a way to remove this service from ActiveDirectory template or another workaround for this issue? Kind regards Chris
